um, i have a bit of a question. if youre trying for a plumie, and someone else is also teying for a plumie, and you want to use the character of the plumes that each other developed in your form, is that allowed?
like, say my friend was trying out for 250, and i liked the character that they had developed, would i be allowed [with their permission ofc] to use the plume in my 251 form, and in return, they use 251 in their form?

----♚ Honestly, I have no authority or anything, but it isn't a good idea. That portion of the character would have to be removed if one of you were to lose. Or if one of you wins due to a contest ending sooner than the other then there is pressure for the other person to win as well. That kind of pressure isn't fair to the other judge. It kinda makes them a package deal and that doesn't seem fair to anyone involved.

I couldn't help it ;v; i made an ASK.FM for my form for #250, want to ask him a question? If you want to know a little about him first though, he works undercover for the queen. He is wanted for 'stealing' from the queen, and is being chased by her guards, but whenever they get close to catching him she forces them to retreat.

He does indeed steal from others and sells them in his own little booth.
