Assuming you're referring to friend safaris... I'm really not sure. I keep meaning to find out, but I'm not sure how to go about figuring it out. I think you need to beat the League first, right? I've never used the Friend Safaris before though.

Yes, you have to beat the elite four to access the safari gardens. When you friend oh her people, you gain access to their gardens.

Player Kate's garden has magmar and pyroar. A third pokemon will be unlocked when you beat the elite four

yeah you need to do the league so you can get to kilodue cite (I think that's what it's called) and you can go on safari. idk what's in mine but I THINK you get a togetic and a mawile in yours, totodile.
