How often do you post an oekaki?: Depends. Normally one/2 every two weeks.
Are you willing to give feedback on other's drawings?: Yes, but it might mainly be something along the lines of 'wow, that's brilliant'. However, I often comment on Bat Atonomy. (Is that how you spell it?)
