Been looking around at character galleries lately and theres always a few key differences that make certain characters stand out to me.

Ive been wondering how people think when they go about collecting, so here's a collector questionnaire.

I'm not feeling too well today so just jumping in to answer some questions.

What do you do with characters that you can't seem to sell but still want to have find good homes?
I either trade them or gift them to someone I think will use them and love them!
Do you only display art that you feels best represents your character or do you sometimes leave work up in an oc gallery even if it doesn't properly capture your oc's character? Are you picky with art work?
I am absolutely picky with art. Sometimes I leave an OOC drawing up, but I mostly only showcase what I personally consider the best.

Not really! Sometimes I look for illustration pieces but I largely just look for artists who'd do my character justice.

Quality and variety of design. I really like characters that are unique and can't be copied easily by coincidence.

Not very important. All of my characters and their information is private besides when I use art for icons or some other small display.

I collect OCs to draw, get art of, and write small personalities and backgrounds for! For a few of them I write longer stories!
What do you plan on doing with your oc's in the future? How do you feel they fit into your future?
I plan on keeping them and continuing to collect OCs in my future.
