Judging takes a long time because everything has to be considered... and some people read faster that others. Some judges have emergencies take place and don't say so because it's their private life and they don't want to share it. If they have them; Every guest judges' opinion has to be weighed in. Arguably most importantly; a judge has to prepare to dissappoint some people, and has to prepare for the possible guilt tripping or sadness from people who didn't win.
It's not an easy job, having less entriants doesn't speed up the process very much, and unless it's a small contest, like a naming contest for example, the judge most likely didn't forget. Do what you want but this is coming from someone who has a lot of friends who are judges, guest judges a lot and has judged myself.

tldr; Patience is the answer to everything

@Tricksters;; The best thing is probably to just be patient. Lots of people have been finishing school, and are now probably with family on vacation.
There are other plumes that have taken longer to be judged, and people waiting for RUs.
Stuff comes up. They probably haven't forgotten.

All that art is pretty, but I really love the banner halfbodys, They're super expressive and pretty! But you should probably not poke the contest, they might be busy or be tied between two different forms.
