I was planning on entering for the newest sleepy, but it needs art that is 500x500 or below, does anyone know how I can make some ?

depends on what platform you draw on. do you draw on a computer? an ipad or phone?
any computer drawing program allows you to change the size of the canvas as long as you make a new file
some mobile programs do that too (artstudio, ibispaint, etc) but im not sure about some other programs
unless you mean on help drawing the sleepy, but im not sure if thats allowed in the rules for adopting said sleepy
