Well I can't guaruntee that you'll get better quickly, but you'll get better. And everyone progresses at different rates, so you might need to be extra patient ^^ Also I could PM you some tutorials and references if you'd like. They've really helped me, and I'm sure they could help you ^^

I second this.
I mean, I've improved greatly since my first pony pic...but...I'm still not very good.
Examples:
First pony pic
Latest pony pic
So...my style has changed drastically. But....I'm still not as good as I wanna be.
The pic I'm most proud of drawing is this one. It has Chrysalis in it.
