Aight... onto the good stuff I guess. I'm sorry my post is kinda short, as of late my brain has been operating in power save mode. I just got home from a roadtrip (woohoo!) Didn't die driving there, and got to hang out with my bf for a week or so. Im missing him already - and we were surprised with family! My Aunt was in town and I haven't seen her in a hot sec. Finals week for indoor percussion is tomorrow. We love an FFCC group :ok-hand:

Hello guys! It's been a while hasn't it? A good solid few months probably.

I've been gone with some mental health issues, and just issues in general, but I hope to be back at least for a little while.

Oh dear, I've just been so anxious to come out and say hi, but Imma crawl out of my shell and talk about some Kalons.

Trading:
Last time I believe I tried to advertise the kalon kit I wished to trade away. His name is Dylan Doyle, has heterochromia, and is a sweet boyo. I really hope that offers or an offer I really enjoy comes in for him. I have never done a trade, so I'm off of cooldown. It would also be cool to spice things up with a new face. He's in my signature of my Kals.

hello everyone!!
i hope that everyone is doing well and that you're all having a lovely start to spring! it is officially spring now right???
hopefully soon we all start seeing some lovely flowers and nice sunny days <3 it's finally starting to not look so very dead where i am in new york and its really lovely to start seeing all the birds again. i think i saw a red wing black bird outside earlier just picking at the bird seed that had fallen on the ground from or bird feeders, and then last night i saw a cute little wild bunny hoping around there as well.

a year ago on march eighteenth i one my first kalon, meriam, and i love her so so much, and I'm really happy to have been apart of this lovely community for over a year now. I meant to post then but of course I missed it whoops. all of you are such wonderful, wickedly creative people and I'm so happy to have gotten to know those I have through this <333 when I'm not able to write with my magnificent writing friend, I'm able to turn to here to create stories, and having a place like that to come to means so much.
I'm also finally starting to get working on the forms for my kals on their thread at long last and I'm really excited to get to developing all my darlings again. you can click their pictures to be taken to their forms <3

as usual, I have some new darlings to introduce to you all!
first up, are muireall and deidre!

recently, Northstar and I decided to do a breeding between our girlies meriam and marigold, and six blessed us with four beautiful darlings and muiri and dei are the two I got to keep <3
muireall is a sweet, mature and composed little lady who's either going to grow up to be a very accomplished business woman who don't need no man or a very skilled and accomplished actress who takes on dignified and empowering roles. she's probably going to spend a lot of time helping her mothers with her sisters because they're definitely a handful, especially lyza and deidre who are aspiring pyromaniacs and rebellious rapscallions respectively that will rip our their bows when their mothers take the time to do their hair. I can see her doing a lot of disappointed sighs and head shakes at their antics as she sits between her mothers with Lucy
deidre on the other hand though, is definitely quite the opposite from her responsible sister muiri and is probably going to end up in some kind of gang or something like that when she's older. she's confident with a bit of an ego and probably wears some fashionably edgy clothes and maybe does a little street art with snazzy sunglasses. she can be a bit manipulative and manages to weasel her way out of trouble a lot, though she's also probably dragged home a lot by some authority figure looking very fed up with this all. is also 100% the reason any babysitters they might have probably quit instantly whoops. she does deeply love her family though and would never do anything to put them in harms way
I would love to get some friendships/crushes for the both of them!

next is my sweet Juneau!
(you can also call her joy since I have a Kalon named juniper and he already has the nickname June/jun/juni so she gets joy instead)

I received her from chunkypeanutbutter and I really hope I have the time to sit down and develop her more and get her story and information going soon!
she's in a futuristic dystopian au along with my girl arianne, and so far I'm thinking they'll be in the same circus and close friends? joy is a really skilled mechanic and inventor, with lots of confidence, though not the best people skills because she tends to focus way more on her work and inventions and tinkering than those she considers her friends. she's incredibly intelligent and probably adores racing the racing vehicles and things she fixes up and tinkers with
friends and things would be lovely for her as well <3

next, finally, I have some darlings to reintroduce, now all grown up <3

first I'd love to share zaida and dimitri! both were grown by the incredible and talented snowflakette and ahhh I'm so very happy <33333333 these two are very close to my heart and probably have the most development out of all my darlings and seeing them grown up makes me smile so much


the two of them grew up together, after zaida lost her parents to them being apprehended by the tyrant erast king's guard for thieving, she turned to thievery herself, and soon ran into dimitri, who was just minding his business outside. she asked if he wanted to play a game with her, he naively agreed, and she tricked him into joining her in stealing from the king's vault, with him as the look out. he realized her plan too late, and they were caught, and in the cell, he made the decision to trust her, and join her, because he knew that now he could never go back to his home. even though they had an incredibly dishonest start together, they still became close friends, and became inseparable. the love they have for each other is fierce, and no matter what happened they stood by each other's side, with her as the thief, and him usually as the decoy or lookout, because mitri is more of a scholar than a thief. as they grew into adulthood, they realized that they had to say goodbye, and go on separate paths once again. dimitri went to a citadel, to fulfill his dream of being a maester, and zaida took to the seas, and became a pirate. the two are still so very close to one another, and would come to the other's aid in a heartbeat, and will forever be the best of friends. they visit each other when they can, though it's very rare.
I would really love for them both to find some friendships and a relationship for them both! zaida could definitely use some pirate pals and dimitri really just needs friends in general honestly he's only ever known zaida.
dimitri is v gay and zaida would have a fling or one night stand with anyone, but would only ever get into a committed relationship with someone identifying as a male/he/him

finally, I have my sweet taura, grown by the talented and wonderful phunkies <333

I've been excited to have her grown for a while now and she finally is, and is looking so very beautiful <3333
she's one of the daughters of 1400 (my darling hareta) and I think both of her stunning parents shine through her so well.
taura ran (both are her first name, since she has no middle or last) has the ability to sense someone's luck, though because she fears causing a disastrous butterfly effect, and carries a strong belief in karma, and destiny/fate, she will almost never say what one's luck is, and keeps to herself to avoid being confronted with the choice of telling or not, because she often does not see great things. she is very soft spoken, and spends most of her times watching the fish in the rivers and streams, though now as she is older and grown, she has taken to going further out, and exploring. I can really see her finding love with another kal with a draw to the water (maybe even a merkal?) and it just being this sweet and gentle and pure beautiful romance, and if you feel you have a kal that would fit her and would like them to be together please feel free to shoot me a PM! <3
once I finish this giant post here I'll probably, hopefully be working on her information again and getting her history and personality and all that down at last

I've been trying to earn the HMs to reuse this concept that I absolutely fell in love with for about a year now, and I've finally earned enough HMs to get it, if I can just get one more rare edit. it would have been 50, but the summer event came around, and I managed to earn enough rare edits through that to cut it down to 35, and if I just get one more, I'll only need 20, which I have.

but, if anyone would be willing to do their growths I would appreciate that so much! I can pay with cs pets from this group, art, coding, gifs (like the sets I make on my tumblr), videos (like the one I did for lyre and this), writing, and then I have 200 points. Honestly I'm more than willing to work something out ahh
for coding, I can do signatures, character forms, kal threads, kal profiles (I don't know what the Kalon info post profile thingy equivalent of a role play character form would be called ahh), Kalon entries, really anything as long as it's BBCode honestly. if you aren't a fan of my coding style I promise I can do a variety of others.
