Look what I just found on the religion thread:

Wicca is an orthopraxic, oath-bound fertility-based religious witchcult which worship the Lord and Lady of the Brisith Isles (placeholder names, only initiates know the real names and identities). To be Wiccan you need to be initiated into a lineaged coven that can be traced back to Gerald Gardner who created it in the 1950s. You need to be at least 18 to even think of becoming a Seeker since initiation and other rituals involve sexual contact (and flogging). It's not possible to be a solitary Wiccan as you need a lineaged coven to experience the mysteries and discover the oath-bound information that makes you a priest/ess of the religion .
Lots of information on it isn't available since the religion is oath-bound. What a lot of people consider Wicca is usually some sort of religious witchcraft/electic neo-pagan witchcraft/with Wiccan influences if you must have that in there (so if this doesn't sound like what you (general you) do then use those titles instead - or make your own) or whatever which is brilliant without needing a fertility cult label attached to it. This is because lots of books have been published (Silver Ravenwolf, Scott Cunningham :C) that claim to talk about Wicca but don't really.
Wicca is not another term for witchcraft, all Wiccans are witches but not all witches are Wiccans. ^^

Hi guys i havent been active here but i just felt like saying hello XD

SpiritGuideWolf I saw that on the religion thread too and it did make me mad especially the part about sexual contact in rituals as many books and websites state that maybe that did happen but not anymore in the modern times. Also the part about not being able to be solitary is just plain ridicules.

also I really hate when people think we worship the satan, it really makes me mad. I mean i how nothing against satanists but people usually think its evil so then they think Wiccans are evil as well.
