iKaka; The nobles of that era always had their servants dress and attend to them. The female nobles had their maids, children had their nursemaids, and male nobles had either their butler or a nondescript male servant. That was just proper etiquette back then. If you had money, you were attended to. If you didn't have someone to dress you or attend to those things back then than you were seen as poor or... trash. Not rich or good enough to afford one, or too radical to get one. Either way, if you didn't have one then you weren't "real" nobility.
