HUGE WATER DRAGONS?! I love their webbed feet, and the fact they can vocalize like whales!
Oh, and the bit in the encyclopedia about how they breach the surface to fly into the sky?! EPIC!

The male's colors had me scared for a moment, but after playing around with scries I found THIS!
He's so BRIGHT and FLASHY! I'm flabbergasted I found such nice matching genes for him!
I just kinda wish Peacock didn't have the little "feathers" on the shoulder. Never have liked how that looks.
BUT, the clothes I found for him cover that up nicely so it doesn't matter in the end!

And the female?! I got so excited seeing her colors, but then I saw she was Fire with a Red tertiary!
She's gonna be SO expensive though w/ Iridescent & Bee plus the clothing I picked for her.
But it was the scry I loved the best, and the clothing all matches so nicely and is so cohesive! ~<3

Of course, I had to give them both a pirate-y look! I'm so fantastically pleased with how they came out! I could cry!

@ Sarcastic Hawke: Oh, your Fathoms are so pretty! The female makes me think strawberry or watermelon. If you do end up selling the male, I'd love to know! Might try to snag him from you. I do love his colors!

I LOVE this new breed, oh my goodness!! I wasn't the biggest fan of my female so sold her off pretty quick, but please just look at the scry I made for my male <3

didn't like either of mine, sold one and gave the other to a friend !!
i never seem to have much luck hatching new breeds they always wanna come
out with funky terts that throw off the other two colours or ugly as can be. that
being said i snagged this little dude on the AH and I can't wait to make him look
like the scry above. like a little ocean forest prince. best boy.

Aahh, everyone's new dragons are so pretty and then there's mine;



The female has potential bc her tert color isn't offensive to her others, but i'm such a boring person when I pick genes out xD That said, flaunt, shimmer, and soap look *really* good on her. But I know at least two of those are gem genes and it'll take a billion years for me to earn enough to do her up; There are old projects way ahead of her in line

If anyone has idea's for the male though, i'd be interested to see/hear them. His colors are just kinda not my style but i'd hate to just get rid of him.

**Edit; I occurs to me that I could scatter him too, but I feel like I want his colors to work.

Congrats to everyone that got doubles or really nice colors that work well together with their new Fathoms.

I lucked out with the RNG for once and managed to get an XYX for my female, and a similar toned matchy one for my male (even with shamrock for his secondary).

my male hatch was sapphire/brown/sunshine, already sold him.

It's interesting that blaze gives him blue bits in his wings when butterfly gives him red bits instead.
But that's the thing; I gotta watch for whatever alt colors these genes throw- I just got extremely lucky with my girl that flaunt and shimmer brought out the same pinky/purple undertones.

He's deff one i'll be playing with for a while, that's for sure.

On another note though, I'm in the process of brewing my second bred change, and I think i'm going to turn these two and breed them;





Since I have no idea what their project was anyway, I don't think it's much of a loss to switch them, and they'll make very pretty babies, albeit with shadow eyes. It'll make them worth keeping, at the very least. Lot's easier to write lore when the whole breed is new, yeah?
