Hey there everyone! c: I haven't had a chance to post on the new thread yet until now ^-^

I'm going to Equine Affair this weekend and hope to add a new model or two to my collection c: Last year, several booths had awesome selections of Breyers, I hope they've got the new Best of British Connemara, his dapples are so cute <3

Hope this is okay and not considered spam, but I got my first Peter Stone model a week or so ago in the mail! He's so stunning, I'm so happy with the crisp paint markings <3

I'll get a pic or two up soon if anyone wanted to see him ^-^

Hey guys! It's almost December so I thought I'd remind everyone of the MotM that is a thing that will still be happening. I haven't received any submissions lately and as much as I'd love to give my own models a spotlight, I'd much rather let you guys show off yours! Just PM me the form on the MotM post on the first page c:

@frostykitty- I see a few for sale often, they don't seem super rare even though they were only in production for one year. They were produced the whole year as far as I can tell so that makes them less rare than say a collector's choice which only runs half a year. Looks like most on ebay are going for ~$40 so I'd say they are "uncommon" but not quite rare yet c:

@Fluffy:3- oooohh, I definitely wanna see your Stone! I've been just window shopping models lately and would definitely like to see some more pretty models <3 maybe you could also enter it for MotM hint hint nudge nudge

So sorry I haven't posted here recently!

I keep seeing so many gorgeous breyers for sale in this facebook group I'm in, but I'm hopefully getting an apartment in Jan. and I need to save money for that instead of spending it on pretty ponies Q.Q

I also found some super old stablemates, my old stablemate truck and trailer, and a horridly painted classic.
I sold all the stablemates, but I can't seem to get rid of the truck and trailer, or the classic. :P I might just throw them away if I can't sell them.

I have a few horses coming too, which I managed to get really good deals on! First is a CM Stone Chip that looked great in pretty low-quality pics so I'm guessing it'll look amazing in hand, only $30! The artist's site has prices that are a $50 minimum for the prepped model alone, I suspect it was originally at least $70. The owner of it is selling most of their Stone collection so I just had to jump in on that. Should get here soon! I also have the new mustang mare mold Forever Saige coming! Only $140 for her and I'm not a member of the Premiere club or even the Collector's club so I'm really excited to get her <3

Also, I was thinking we should try the photoshow idea with a "CS Winter Classic" show. Just a simple photo show with some prizes! I want to make sure there are enough people interested in it that we could get at least 5 entries so if you're interested or have any other ideas, please tell! I'm thinking something like 100 C$ first prize, 50 C$ second prize, etc etc, all of which I can provide c: And possibly this guy with first prize or a higher (150 C$?) grand overall prize as a wintery-themed pet prize!

Hello. I saw ember wolf's link to this thread on Model Horse Blab. I haven't read this thread yet, but I see some nice photos I'm definitely going to check out. I'm not very active in the CS forums, but I do post growing and grown outcomes periodically on the forum.
I'm planning on buying Peppermint Kisses the Christmas model soon, and I joined the Stablemate club. I can hardly wait for Primrose to ship!

Well I found a Traditional size Spirit and Rain for sale the other day and my boyfriend was going to get them for me for my birthday. Sadly by the time that I had found them and asked the person about them they were already sold. I guess I will have to keep looking and maybe find them for Christmas. Anyone else have models they are looking for but can't seem to get their hands on?

I'm mostly a lurker (and shy!) so I'm pretty quiet on CS. I do collect and customize model horses of all kinds. I haven't had a chance to look through the whole thread yet, but there are some nice pictures here! I'll see about sharing some of mine later
