Yes they are, I'm going to be waiting for a little while longer to choose through and see who will become a mod. I will likely only open slots to become a mod once for the event, so I want as many people who want to join in to do so. ^^

Ah I just saw it, as you edited it I didn't know till now.
Not accepted, as the story should end with Your plume knocking on the door ^^; so it might end like:

Ramsey looked out the window, waiting for trick or treaters to come. There was a suprising lack of little Plumerians around trick or treating, and it looked like Ramsey's house was the only one with their light still on. Ramsey opened the door and peered outside, seeing if anyone was coming. Wait.. One little house down the street still had their lights on. Ramsey smirked, and set down the candy bowl outside. She quietly closed the door, and wandered over to the house. The Plumerian knocked on the door, and softly called, "Trick or Treat!"

The story is what you will be sending to other people through pm, and in return they will give you a treat.

So let's say I wrote a story about my plume Esther, and it goes "Esther walked down the street, looking left and right. She walks up to a older looking house with it's light's on, and straightens her bunny ears. Esther knocked on the door, and yelled, 'trick or treat!' " (please note that this story would be too short, and is only a example).
I would then go to the list of people, and click on the link to go to someone's profile (let's call them A.). If A's light is on, I send them a pm with this story, and the plumerian's costume.
A would then draw a picture of Esther, and send a message back include it. Along with the art, A could also include a short paragraph or two of their Plumerian opening the door, and giving Esther some candy.

Does that make sense?

Story: Linus kicked the dust under his paws with a discouraged grunt. He had gotten on a plane at 3 in the morning in Capetown South Africa to visit his family living in his American hometown. It was dark now but the streets were filed with children in all sorts of costumes, he had rented a car and driven all the way to there family house located at the entrance to a canyon hiking road. The house was build to look like a adobe house, with yellow-red walls and church like arches. It was too stories tall and in the backyard he heard the familiar swishes of pool water from a breeze and the cozy smell of smoke. He was finally home. Nostalgia washed over him like a desert heatwave.

Linus knocked on the door, there was no answer. Figures he thought and walked around the back toward the pool. Perhaps the family's Halloween barbecue had started already? But there was no one there. Smoke was steaming out of the grill, the campfire glowed red from the flames, the pool lights were on, and the orange autumn leaves were clearly smushed under many paws.

Linus was shocked. For many family's Halloween isn't a big deal, but not his family. Ever year. It was traditional. A family reunion was held, candy was passed out to eager children on the streets, and a barbecue was held in honer of All Howls Eve. I can't believe they would just welcome me with a open house Linus thought in frustration. Slowly he opened the backdoor and walked inside, a loud creek echoed through the house as he did. Was this door broken again? But as he swung it shut, it remained silent. He walked past the kitchen and up the stairs to the second floor, into what his room was once. To his surprise something was laying on top of his bed. Linus reached over and picked it up cautiously. It was his leather jacket and hat. All from his favorite costume: Indiana Jones. He slipped the jacket on his shoulders and placed the hat on his head, surprisingly it fit perfectly. Linus stuffed his paws into the jacket pocket for the perfect "Indi" look when he heard it.

A crunch echoed through the house as Linus puled his hand out of his pocket to find a scrunched up piece of paper. Carefully he uncurled it and straightened it on his knee. "Treasure Awaits You In The Basement" it read. Great Linus thought, I wounder which one of my siblings was messing with my favorite costume. But curiosity was already alight in his mind and he decided to pay the basement a visit. What could possibly go wrong?

Linus walked down the stairs with forced calmness, they creaked loudly and sharply at every step. Couldn't walk quietly if I tried, Linus thought as he recalled his father telling him to stop stomping around the house like a rouge elephant. Slowly he approached the basement door and almost gasped as he saw a strange green light illuminating from underneath. Well this was starting to bother him. This was his house and I, Linus refuse to be frightened by the smallest sound. Even if its dark. And late at night..And Halloween...

But determination took over and as he drew a quick breath, Linus knocked on the door.
"Hello? Is anyone in here?"
