Hello hello~
It's been a while, hasn't it? Well I'm here with some updates =^-^=
So I'm going to a con in September and I'll be going as Squid Girl! I'm pretty much buying everything but the boots. I'm going to buy some plain white boots and paint the soles blue, and then add the little rings on the brim. I might just add upholstery foam (cushion foam) to the top of it to make that bump, and then add some white fabric over the foam. But that's still just an idea, the boots could look good on their own. Anyway, I'll post pictures when I have it all together ❤︎

Haha, thank you! I'm just at a loss on how to do the tentacles ^^; I've thought of a few things, but the way I think I'll go is making fabric tentacles and blending them in with the hair.

*Edit* Oh, I just remembered this when I saw the Splatoon fanclub on the homepage, but in Japan Ika Musume is teaming up with Splatoon, and they'll have a character or outfit (not really sure how the game works) of Ika! There's no news for it coming to the west though. It might happen, but Squid Girl isn't really popular enough to be worldwide. You could say that the US getting Squid Girl is...ink-possible!
