As for the whole takeover I don't have the coding skills for that and I think CS is the best for even allowing others to share their art here. It's a far off distant dream for now, and I would have to pay for web space and usage...a lot of work and planning goes into that and I don't have that kind of money to run something of such scale. It certainly sounds nice though~
