Hey guys, boy has it been a while! Not really, it's only been, like, a week, but it still feels like a long time. I don't have anything big regarding my plumerians right now.
@Sunnyside - Lovely art!
@Captain Chomp - Good luck with commissions! I literally have not even 1 point right now.
@groenii - Ah, I'd pop in if I had the time (I think it might be over though)
@armadillo. - Wow wow! That's some lovely art, congrats!
@She Wolf Warrior - Good luck getting art! I'm looking for art too, but I don't even have the time to make any myself!
@Shia - Welcome! I think we're just calling you Shia today, thought I absolutely love your username!
@somnology -
((no no, it's okay, most of us feel that way too - I like drawing other plumies more than my own sometimes)@Frost. - Good luck finding a mate for them!
@jayus - Woooah, congrats on the new plumie!
@kootra. - Aaaaah, I'm sorry to see you leave, I hope everything goes well for you.
Hey, everybody! Do you have a Plumie form and/or story that you want read and looked through to get some feedback on, but it's about 20 million words too long for anyone else to read? I sure do and I'd love to read others forms as well! If you're interested in reading a story I wrote (not a plumerian story though) in exchange for some feedback on any or all of your forms (they don't have to be plumerian), PM me!
//Feedback I'd like to get from my story
- General thoughts
- Any spelling/grammar errors
- Clarity - does it flow well?
- Syntax/Sentence Structure - really just if the sentences sound repetitive
- Thoughts on the storyline
- Something more than "it's nice" or "I like it" - at least 25 words in feedback
- There are optional questions I made on the main idea that you can answer if you'd like
(Warning, my story is around 8 pages when double spaced and around 2,200 words, so it takes around 20 minutes to read)
//Feedback I can give to your form/story
- General thoughts on originality and how the idea sounds
- Any spelling/grammar errors (I literally read grammar books for fun and own three) (this still doesn't exclude me from mistakes though)
- Clarity, syntax, flow, how the general writing sounds
- New ideas/themes for competitions
- Extras ideas that you can use to boost your form quantity
- General thoughts on graphic design/how your form looks and if it's easy to read, as well as if an art piece belongs where it is
- Art piece advice (I'm wary on this, I'm not a heavily experienced artist)
- In depth analysis of the whole form
- Advice for the competition - types of forms that usually get picked and how to help yours win
- I'll read any length and critique any idea without bias
- I'll also do referrals if you need one for your form
PM me if you're interested or just want to help me out with my story. I would love to give really valuable tips and have participated (and won) in many varying contests, so I can always add some sort of advice to your form.
Thanks for reading!
