And I must agree, they are beautiful. I've seen Shamu show. He was dazzling. What puzzles me is their dorsalfn. Why does it droop in captivity? Why does their tail fin seem to straiten out in captivity? Huh.... Then, I like elugas 'cuz I swam with one. Her name was Lilly♥

They are so beautiful! I love them too. I think whales and dolphins are both my favorite animals, but if not I love dolphins a tiny bit more I have also seen the Shamu show, it is truly amazing. I have been to Seaworld 5 times actually xD. Those are great questions, that I also want to know why.

Yeah =) Seaworld's an awesome, awesome place. Love it there! (The water was like 15 Degress F, that was a downside, though....)

I got used to it after a while. But, I'm soooo grateful for that wetsuit. And I still have my favorite picture of me and Lilly hanging on the whiteboard in my room. =) Good memories.
But it's really sad how people dislike killer whales because they kill penguins and seals and cute little creatures. Makes me mad. They're just living.
And people don't like orcas because they kill people. They have no concept we can't stay underwater as long as them, or take as much horse-play as them. They are just happy, and fun-loving. Though, every now and then, the killerwhale looses its mind, and gets angry, but that' not normally the case.

I agree, people definitely missunderstand killer whales. It is really sad, how like you said when they kill penguins or seals people get so angry with them. But thats what they eat! They need to eat like us. I mean we eat chicken meat, and cow meat, and tukey (unless your vegitarian )So I also don't understand why people get so angry with them. I guess they just don't understand~

i have also been to see shamu and i loved it!! it was beautiful to see!! and i wonder what happens to their fins too? i bought a little plushie toy every time i see it i think of shamu!!

Yeah the Shamu show was amazing <3 I think now it is even better, because I went to Seaworld a LONG time ago . Awww, I would love to see the plushie you bought Maybe you can find a picture on google? My parents bought me whale plushies too (I was very little when I went <3) it's a family of orcas. A mom, a dad, and a baby <3 I love them so much.
