Yes and who says that we are only trying to save wolves? I think we are all(including "wolf obsessed people") aware of the fact that there are many other endangered species.This club isn't even about wolves anyway.

Hi guys. I am back, I feel terrible for like abandoning this thread. But I do have an update! Just a couple weeks ago my dad sent out a check for $600 to Save Japan Dolphins! That was the money that I raised + some of my own money

Thank you very much Leaf Yeah I was very proud when I got all that money together. Haha, well first I got some friends together and we went door-to-door selling cookies and brownies and other goodies. We made about $54 in 2 hours (we didn't go longer since it was cold an raining ). After I had my Bat Mitzvah I got A LOT of money, so my parents said I would take 10% of it and donate it to charity. But they wanted me to donate all 10% to one charity, but I thought I would give half of the 10% to the other charity and the other half to Save Japan Dolphins. Then, some people were touched by what the organization does and 2 people gave me donations!
But I still plan on doing lemonade stands and bake sales in the summer when it gets warmer!

Haha I guess I am, or my friends and I aregood at persuading and telling about who we are raising money for.
Just a couple days ago, I recivied the most amazing letter response from Save Japan Dolphins, I will type for you guys (P.S it was hand writen. It was a card with dolphins on the front) :

Dear (my name here xD),
Ric O'Barry and the other Save Japan Dolphins team members were heartened by your letter (oh yeah, I forgot to say I enclosed a letter with the check) and wonderful donation to our campaign. Thank you for raising $600 through bakesales and through sharing your Bat Mitzvah gifts. Your generous donation will be used to stop the capture and slaughter of dolphins in Japan. We congratulate you on your Bat Mitzvah and applaud your caring concern for dolphins, and selfless efforts on their behalf. The enclosed gifts come with oceans of thanks fonr Ric & team.

Isn't that just an amazing letter? When I was reading it I started to cry ('cause thats me xD)
They also gave me a beautiful dolphin pin, an amazing picture of 2 humpback whales, and the book (that Ric O'Barry wrote) Behind The Dolphin Smile.

I am going to see if they ever have protests near my house, because I have seen pictures of protests and I woudl lvoe to make signs and protest!
