wow dionysus was kind of an unexpected sound for me but i loved it?? love the more rock/old skool elements they're bringing back!! my favourite is definitely jamais vu though,,, absolutely adore that song it's beautiful

edit: @apsis i think they added an effect to the beginning of yoongi's lines and he may have been speaking deeper additionally as a stylistic choice overall! you can also hear this effect a little towards the end of jhope's lines directly after, and a little bit in some bg vocals

Halsey's lines in Boy With Luv are the best parts of the song. "Oh my my my" was the only part that stayed in my head after my first listen because that's my favorite line of the song. On the collab aspect, I thought that this was pretty well done.
As for the other parts of the song, I did think upon first listen that RM's verse was good too. The song overall reminded me of DNA in the sense that it's a "safe," bright-sounding song without much dynamics. (Except that I already liked it more than DNA.) The song has been on repeat for a while, so I'm fine with it all now.

Intro: Persona is my favorite song on the album (liked it since the comeback trailer), but since it's not the kind of music I'd put on repeat, I don't expect to listen to this so much.

I couldn't care less about the other tracks. Other than Dionysus (which I don't care for), the other b-sides are in the same vein of BWL (light-sounding songs) except that they don't have anything catchy or memorable to it.

my favorite song was definitely make it right, closely followed by boy with luv. those two songs were honestly perfection. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I'm absolutely blown away ♡ all of the songs were good, but those two really stood out to me since they match my taste in music to a t !!
