Good luck with your entry (I'll be very eager to see it) and I would love to help out with coding but I'm actually pretty awful at it so yeah - not my place lol. I know there are some users in this community who have some serious skills though - hopefully you can reel someone in to help out! :)

What a wild concept - I'm dying over the blind-deaf-mute trio. That's a superb idea! I can't wait to see them all finished up and colored in. It looks like there's quite the story to go behind all that riffraff too. So I'm definitely gonna have to keep a lookout. Ah - that sounds like a rough math test I'm sorry man. I hope it all worked out anyway though - I know quite a few people who've had to deal with things like panic attacks and I know it kinda bites because in a lot of ways they don't really get better but… maybe you'll find some good coping techniques? Depending on the nature of it a lot of my friends have had good luck keeping something really cold close at hand - like an ice pack or something. Maybe? Idk.
Congrats on Cyrus though!! I'll admit I had major eyes for him as well but I'm super happy to see him go to such a loving home - and your art is absolutely stunning so it's no wonder at all that he headed home with you. :) I'll be really curious to see where your story leads him! I hope you're able to find him some nice artwork - and of course figure things out for your other new kid as well. :)

It's really nice of you to offer your critique services! Tbh there have absolutely been times I've thought about looking for critique but I never got around to it. So I'm sure that will be a great help! I hope you're able to find some growth artists as well - if my plate wasn't already so full… :( And then of course good luck with relations - again I'm in an awful spot to be trying to keep up with things like new relations but I bet you'll find them some awesome friends/enemies/romance?? etc.! Hi all! It's been a while omg.
So all has been going… as well as it probably could be at the school. I've got a tough group of kids honestly (they drove their last English teacher to quit omg) so it's been interesting working with them and trying to get us more into the mindset of being ready to learn. That being said - I've had to make a lot of changes to my plans each day to account for what we do and don't manage to get done during the day. And that of course sucks up a whole lot of time!
I know I still owe a couple of art things and a lot of PM replies - so my apologies to those of you waiting on me for anything of the sort!
Now more into business - I've had a few interesting things happen since the last time I posted!
I'm now very excited to introduce to you all my gorgeous new girl - Idellia! :)
She was my RU for the kalon 1100 contest and I can't express how grateful I am to have her. She's so beautifully made and it's so thrilling to be able to continue to build on the character I'd been thinking about so much since the contest started. Even without any legendary traits - she's absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I love her to pieces!
I've decided that with her lack of legendary characteristics, I'm going to move her out of her cursed state and back into the world. It'll be a tough transition for her and I haven't worked out all the details but I'd be more than happy to open her up to friendships and eventually possible romance - though until I get exact details worked out I won't be looking actively for a mate.
I just can't get over the fact that I got her tbh - she's such a dream come true!
My next new addition is a kalon who's been in my sights for a very long time - though I never expected the extreme turn of events of receiving him as a gift! I've decided to keep the name Mendel for my stunning new boy - an absolutely breathtakingly kind gift from my good ol' pal Lucas (ango mcdango).
He's set in medieval times and is just a massive sucker for a good love story. He spends most of his time with hearts in his eyes and stars in his heart - always fantasizing about one guy or the next. Despite his heartache for a soul mate, he's awfully fast to shift his affections from one potential suitor to another, regardless of who's actually interested in him. He's difficult to tie down and doesn't seem to actually understand that love takes more than just that fuzzy feeling. He's definitely open for friends (who he can ramble about his newest crush with), possible enemies (ex-lovers would be an option!), and maybe romance - if your kalon is willing to do some work to cement his feet to the ground and have a lot of patience for him making eyes at others over their shoulder. He's interested in males only for romance and they've got to be from the same time period. He doesn't exactly have a specific "type" beyond that - because he's a mess.
I did this little art piece of him as well - I feel like the oekaki has changed slightly? Idk. But it was fun to do a little warm up again. :)
Lorna just had her OOC kits and they turned out absolutely stunning! I expected to be doing an introduction for them but as it turns out I felt like the little fish had a better place in the world… so I don't actually have any other additions to my kalon family.

I'm highly interested in high-quality growths. These can be on or off oekaki, but I will be picky when it comes to quality! I really love these guys.
Willing to pay a decent amount of DA points or USD (as well as CS stuff and FR if you'd rather) for the growths. I'm looking for someone with great line work as well as some shading/highlighting skills. I'm not on a super strict timeline but I'd prefer someone who could finish within a month if possible.
