I'm not keeping food from her o.O I have 2 food bowls and she hogs them both. She barely let's Tinker eat. She the vet told me to separate them when I feed them. My VET said to do this. So sorry I'm listening to my vet not you.

I wasn't referring to what you said, just it reminded me that many people do worry about "obese" rats.
There was some case in Australia even considered "animal abuse" because this man's pet rat was "overweight".

Sorry. I didnt mean to snap. It just seemed like you were telling me to go against my vet. I am not taking food away from her. I'm just giving Tinker a chance to eat by putting them in different cages when I feed them. I mean the vet said. I need to get weight on her or she could get sick so yeah...

Yeah. I don't try to over feed my rats but I manage to get overweight rats and there is usually nothing wrong with them. I had a rat, Little Boy who was the biggest rat I've ever seen. He was about 40-45 cms long and weighed about 2.2kg. He was the most energetic and happy rat. Lived to be 4 and a half. Over weight rats arent that bad.

my two male ratties are big, happy rats. one, however, does have a bit of a stomache, but he doesn't run around too much.
my mom calls them fat, but thats just how they are. THEY WERE BORN THAT WAY! (on of Reemy's fav songs)
any one else's rats like to jam out to music? or is it just me?
