I hope it's ok if I just comment on the ones that I have something helpful to say.
@ Oddly Shaded: that's so coool I like it. crit wise since I'm not a proficient human artist by any means, I'll go with this: I think it would look even better if the line thickness on the helmet stayed more or less close to the lines on the face and body. Not to say you can't make it thicker/thinner in different areas, but I think it would go together nicely.
@August: If shapes aren't working out quite right, you might want to try drawing lines where the bones would be, joined by circles for the joints. That one almost always improves my legs.
@Haddock: The turtle's expression made me laugh xD I feel like you could put a caption under it if you wanted too. (not a crit, of course it doesn't need a caption or anything like that)
@mistywren: I know I was gushing about your dragons earlier, but can I just say that I love the fact that you made the wher look like a feasible product of a failed genetic experiment? It's so awesome that it's believable like that. great job.
@Mirage: let me give you a virtual pat on the back, fellow equine artist. You took breed unique traits in that drawing and I could tell it was a Friesian without you telling me. That's not easy to do, and many people overlook it. Crit wise, I made a
redline. Here's notes to make it make sense: Your head was beautiful, all I did was change the size and position slightly. The reason I changed the position is because I changed the neck, which was the area that could be improved the most. That neck position is so hard, I usually end up re-drawing my sketch at least four or five times before I'm happy with it. I hope for the neck what I drew in will make sense. What I'd really like to explain in words are some of the other changes - the two lines in the middle of the hooves on the front legs are where the leg should end if you're going with the size I gave to the horse's head. The length from the tip of the poll to the tip of the muzzle is approximately the same as the length from the top of the knee to the bottom of the hoof, a personal favorite quick proportion reference of mine. The barrel I changed only for myself really, sorry for not erasing that. On the back leg I made the top half longer, that's what those lines are. I think the rest is self explanatory, hope it helps!
