Just saw HTTYD 3 today! Oh man it was amazing but I am not gonna say anything because I do not want people to get spoilers!

Ahh, thank you! I think I'd cry if someone spoiled it for me. It looks so good!

Also, I'm so sad that this is going to be the end of HTTYD. It was such a wonderful story - and it still is. I've fallen in love with these characters, and I'm going to miss watching them go on adventures together and grow up, but I suppose when you grow up eventually you're all grown. I love the stories and the characters and the beauty of a world with dragons, and even though the movies and TV shows will still be around, I'll miss them. I haven't seen the third movie yet, but I have a feeling it'll bring me to tears. The characters and the sheer amount everyone can relate to all of them, the beautiful animation and design, and the thrilling movement and flight that shows that the animators definitely know how flying works - I'm going to miss all of that so much, but I know it'll come together in one of the most beautiful finales a movie can have.

I just, wow. It was just yesterday the first came out and Hiccup was a teenager with a bad haircut, and now he's a man, exploring the world with his best friend. Time flies when you're having fun, they say - and there are few things that brought me more joy than this world of Vikings and dragons.

I hate to say it, but I might not get to actually see it in theaters. I have the money, but lack the transportation. Probably just gonna have to wait for Netflix. Can't help but spoil myself a little though through tumblr. There is cuteness abound in regards to the epilogue.

Movies, Books, Or both?: I've just seen the movies (and all the shorts attached). I started reading the first book, but I haven't finished it yet. Never watched the whole of RoB or DoB, but I watched all of RttE. Definitely prefer the movie-quality stuff.
Favourite Character(s)?: Toothless. ToothlessToothlessToothless.
Favourite Moment: Hiccup and Toothless' flight at the beginning of the second movie, to "Where No One Goes"! (I believe the last person who applied to be a member of this group said the same thing, but ahhh, it's my fav also.) Either that or the "Toothless Found" scene from the same movie. Both so gorgeous and emotional in entirely different ways.
Least Favourite Moment: I don't really have a least favorite moment, so much as moments that I didn't find as interesting as others...? I guess any part that goes too long without dragons being onscreen? XD

I never had a School of Dragons account, so I left that part out. c':
I DO, however, play Rise of Berk regularly. I just got that new game Titan Uprising, but I prefer Rise of Berk tbh.

I hear a few people on here haven't seen the third movie yet? I've seen it, but I'll keep my lips sealed. It was so hard to avoid spoilers before I saw it, I'll try to spare others from the disappointment of that as much as I can. >.>

I'm listening to its soundtrack right now! So satisfying. It might just be my favorite part of the entire production as a whole. John Powell's my fav.

Sad, but also happy? Not sure how I feel about it. As far as story goes, I feel like it was a little weaker there than the other movies, but the animation and art was incredible. And the flashbacks in the credits to some of the most emotional moments of the series, whew, I cried more than once.

I do agree about it being weaker in terms of story compared to the other two. Loved the animation, as I was expecting I would. LOVED the music-- my goodness, the music! These films never disappoint in those two departments.

I'd love to get that book that just released, "The Art of How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World"
The concept art is obviously all kinds of gorgeous, but it also has commentary from various people who worked on the movie(es). The stuff I've already read from it in pictures is so cool and deep! Ahh, I want it.
