Should I get rid of rarities?
Nah, but you really should tweak the mutation stuff. Maybe have rare Piggles every 50 or so and move some of the rare edits down.
When should I make new lines, or at least a clean thread?
After a special number is made?

The twin piggles are both aged now! I'll age the snowy-themed piggle soon, and probably make a few more as well.
