Hoof, I wasn't sure if I could post on the Contest board or not, but would this pet count as a "Monthly Rare"? I'm certain I got it from a Litter, taken that I haven't gotten it from anyone else, but it's from 2011. {It's Rare. xD}

I can't really get my Lynx dressed up as I wanted, so I would like to know if I could enter the fallowing pet, instead.
