yt rewind................... sigh. i understand that ytr is for the 'big things' but ... screwing over the mv views for 10+ hours and then acting like "i never said that. bts is my friend!" is. Eh. i dont trust yt so.

i havent seen it except through muted snippets as i went through twitter bc i have -2000 interest in it but apparently they didnt even SAY bts' name but said kpop when idol "showed" up. like.. what???

even tho i know everything's supposed to be re-enacted, maybe if they used an ACTUAL clip from idol i'd be more .. okay? i guess? with it. like taking the ending part of the nicki version w armys doing the choreo/gwara gwara.

tbh I liked this year's rewind a lot more than any other year. I've hated the others, and I've heard how awful shooting them is for the actual youtubers, but this year seemed,,,,,alright? not amazing, but they at least tried and I have to give them credit for it. plus they featured a lot of my favorite animators so that really made me happy 💜 I'm not quite sure how I feel about that weird bts recreation thing yet, but whatever. it's youtube rewind — I didn't expect anything amazing LOL
