I'm designing a new character but I cannot think of clothes for her.

This is her so far:

But I really wanted her in boyish clothes, I just have a tough time thinking of some. Dx

She looks way too chibi to be in boyish clothes in my opinion. XD If you want something "boyish" I would probably bag up the shirt way more, it's too clingy to the arms and the waist. I don't know, give her a gangster hat? lmao I'm so lame, but that's all I can see now.

what a boss gangster

I think I need a talk with you once you log back on, Pastel.

Past that,

Nex,

Very nice job on those rabbit sketches! : D
The skeleton sketch and leg drawings are especially nice!

Two things I think I could say, is that he looks a bit "pinched" where you've drawn the skin over the skeleton. I dunno, he just looks rather stiff. Maybe give him some nice fluff rolls? It's strange seeing their anatomy illustrated completely since they're normally covered in lots of excess fur, is all. xDD

Also, with the profile drawing, I think he could have a bit more of a bump for his brow, and maybe "pinch" up his nose. I dunno how to explain it; rabbits just have this really weird muzzle that overall looks like it's alert and pointed when sitting up-- http://www.petplanet.co.uk/petplanet/im ... polish.jpg

Darlings and lovelies, Susiron will be helping out by being a moderator for the Artist Army.
So be sure to listen to her when she shares important information.

Oh, and thanks.
It's pretty much the first time I've been drawing non-highly stylised/kindergarten styled rabbits.
Now that you mention it, it does look rather stiff. I think I was going to add more fluff but completely and utterly forgot.. I promise you, next rabbit will have fluff rolls. I was having trouble with the basic head shape of a rabbit. I didn't imagine it to be so strangely complex, although I could've guessed after drawing the skull. Thanks for the overal crits, though, I'll be sure to remember them.

Susiron- When I saw that picture something in my head said it was traced. The good lines/anatomy+bad coloring was a dead givaway. I didn't think it was traced from art though...wow.
Here's the page the redline was on for anyone.. viewtopic.php?f=39&t=658912&start=4370

Anyways. I'm still looking for crits/opinions on my oekaki:

Nex- Wow, I love that anatomy study! I need to do those more, heh. The little top hat you put on was so cute xD But the rabbits look a lot more like hares? Sorry if the two are close enough alike to basically be the same thing Dx Beautiful art though.

August, the overall drawing is a nice idea, though for crits, you could probably blend the grey of the head and the brown of the body a bit. Otherwise, it looks good in my opinion. c:

I was wondering, if I could get a bit of your guys opiions on this and this

Also, as for the redline issue in the last page, the style doesn't seem to fit with the colouring on the wolf-creature, in my thoughts.

I would have, but the actual character is very..choppy:
Click
But thank you very much!! ^-^

I really love the first one. My only critique is that she should be more..hanging? She looks semi supported, but then again I've never seen a photo of a hanged person so I don't know if that's how they really look ^^;;
The second is really cool, and a sweet concept. :3 The girl looks a little stiff, maybe make her fingers not completely pressed together?
Overall, both gorgeous pieces ^^ I love your ideas, I'd love to see more of them.

The first one has a great concept overall, nice use of color and composition, however I do have to agree with August that the person looks supported or in mid swing. The rope should be hanging straight down instead of at a curve. Other wise I really like it.

For the second one, again I agree that it's cute, but the girl does look stiff. The other thing that I noticed is that the creature appears to be sitting, but the haunches/ hips aren't even with the rest of the ground and the front legs look very stiff for a relaxed position, unless of course you were having it crouch. In that case ignore me.

Also I was wondering if I could get a critique/red line on this if it needs one? The thing that is really bothering me is the female's back paw, the one behind the cub. Any help would be splendid.

The other day I started some dragonriders of pern species adoptables. Only have made Fire-lizards thus far but what do you all think of the growth steps? Just showing the base, so far. Let me know if you're interested in seeing the first clutch's designs, I've only got six so far.
