Merr cocked his head, remembering that one of his pack brother's had grown up in one of these places. "Why are we here? You're not leaving me here are you. I'm not going back."

Kat slapped her forehead. "Freak. You look human at the moment. I can't leave you here! We're buying stuff for sky!"

Merr sighed. "I'm sorry. Places like this bring back bad memories. The pit, growing up alone, surviving on scraps in the street. Murdering dogs and people over territory and..." He gulped. "I was wild then, feral. Didn't know any better..."

Kat was extremly tempted to hit him.

Merr looked at Kat and frowned. "Come on, just get on with whatever we were going to do."

"Go shopping. Use this" said Kat, and she handed him a green cash card, with the words 'lotus hotel and casino' on it. "Buy stuff for your dog. Now I'm gonna go hit the nearst Mc Donalds" she grabbed her broom and soared into the sky.

Merr put Sky down on the ground and sighed. "Come on Sky." He wandered around, looking for items.

Kat flew back within 3 minuites aand handed Merr a double meat whopper. "Here. Going to the Lotus hotel wasn't a big waste of time after all.." she stopped talking and started inhaling her fries, eating them really quickly.

Merr licked his lips and swallowed it whole. He looked at the others, confused. "What? Its normal where I come from." He shrugged and eyed up Kat's fries.
