That sucks D: Why does she refuse to take you?
Then ask her what you will wear! If she doesn't want to take you, then tell her to pick something out since otherwise you wont have anything!

She said it's cause she can't afford a dress and when I tell her a cheap place my friend found she says maybe we'll go there and then leaves the room.
