the comics, from what I read, were pretty intense and not for kids, but they were good and yeah Megatron had a very compelling backstory/motive

But overall they were dark

maybe it's because im burnt out on the kids shows but I definitely don't mind a little rated r in my transformers universes lol
I want to go back and rewatch armada & cybertron but oml I don't think I could handle the 2005 kid show vibes again
every time I go to conventions I look for transformers comics to collect them and especially mtmte, I like seeing the bots die and the ptsd they have from the war
I know war is hell and I personally wanna see it have an impact on robots yknow
but that's just me lmao

I would love to see some live style movies take the more pg-13 take on the comics or even a show. Like the style of the recent Bumblebee movie's Cybertron section. I liked some parts of the movie such as the more G1 styles and the look of Cybertron. (I might have to throw my hat in the ring for some projects when I finish up my game design courses) I would love to see the Mtmte as a movie or show or just a refresh of the G1 show in a live style while letting it be a bit more towards older teens/ adults and as Zevran said having them talk about the ptsd and such from things that they have seen/ happened.

I'm in, take my money! I'd love to see that! Heck, even when the 80s show was aimed at kids, they had the gaul to kill off Optimus, one of the beloved characters!...at least fifty billion times over the years

popping on to say I went to Walmart today and saw that the toys for Netflix's new show have dropped, and I must say they're pretty cool looking
