[b]Has Anyone ever used a form skeleton YOU spent forever making, and they didnt ask you for permission, but did 'credit' you?[/b]

I just found out someone used a form I created for Kiamara 177, which took me the ENTIRE length of the comp to make, and I even had to sketch out how I wanted it on Paper, and they gave me a 'credit' in size 5 font. They never asked me for permission.
I just so happened to be searching for a banner, and clicked this persons adopt in their gallery, and second post down... I saw a form that looked a LOT like the one I had created... so I went to send them a message, asking if they had been 'inspired' by my form, and at the end saw 'format credit to PureCrazy' in 5 size font. Ohhh I'm SO mad because I didn't give them ANY permission to use it, in ANY way at all. And they couldnt even use a real credit size.
I also, just realized, they WON the adopt with MY form. And they filled out about.. ten words of it. So they won with ten words and stolen coding.
