How many characters do you own right now?

over 100 by far, if you include my warrior cats and TLK lion prides xD

Oh gosh, like twenty I think, probably less

How does this difference in the amount you have make you feel?

That I'm definitely a character hoarder haha, but I love all my characters dearly so I'm not bothered by having so many, they're all important in different ways.

Do you think this change has anything to do with your joining the CAAA?

Oh goodness yes, probably because I wasn't seeing character ads outside of the CAAA so was never too tempted to buy

Sylvester was my favourite then, I still own him but he's not longer a favourite since I've moved away from wolf designs quite a lot

Comparing those two: Do you think this shows a change in your tastes/interest in characters? A change in your designing skills?

I've become a lot more interested in human characters than I was before, they've been growing on me, also I no longer try to base characters off of other characters, it never works out quite how I hope it will xD

For those of you who sort your characters out by the primary, secondary, tertiary, etc. method: How do you figure out which characters belong in those groups?

It depends on how dear they are too me, how much I use them, sometimes general character quality etc. lots of different things

Despite not remembering who I had originally, I do think my tastes have changed. I went from quick designs to easier yet prettier designs. I also opened up to lighter designs as well.

I'm gonna start doing this, but I would think it would do with connection and activity.

What is your favorite thing to design? Markings, accessories, colors, etc?
I like to design accessories in all honesty. Its a smaller item and the feeling of wanting to make the design decent isn't in that area.

I have two donkeys from here: #1 and #9. Would you say they are friends-turned-enemies-turned-lovers or twins separated at birth and raised in different society classes?
Out of the two choices you gave, they would probably be friends-turned-enemies-turned-lovers. I don't think they look similar to be related honestly.

I've been wanting to revive my species, Flashlighters, for awhile, but I want new lines for my species that would be a more accurate representation of what they look like. So I want to host a lineart competition. Do you think that these pets would be good enough to attract enough attention to help me get a good lineart for my species? Or should I try to get more/more desirable pets before hosting such a contest?
Personally I think you should get more desirable pets. Most people on this site barely do art for pets as it is (as most would prefer dA points) so by getting better pets you broaden your artist pool.

Pff, nope there is no change. I still like mainly natural coloured characters or unnatural ones with pretty palettes. It's a total change in designing skills though. I stick with more simple when before I liked complex.
