so my grandma went to see hamilton like last week and she liked it so she got two cats and named them alexander hamilton and aaron burr just for fun
my favourite thing is that the aaron burr cat won't respond to you unless you say "aaron burr, sir" (cause my grandma taught him that) and i jUST

the best part is the burr cat and the hamilton cat don't get along as well
like they don't fight 24/7 and they can sleep peacefully next to each other but they keep like messing around with each other & i'm at my grandma's for the weekend and the aaron burr cat shoved the alexander hamilton cat into the toilet this morning lmAO


would have been better if the aaron burr cat was thomas jefferson

update: hamilton and burr are making a really huge racket cause my grandma got a cat tree for them and burr was trying to sleep but hamilton kept shoving burr off of the cat tree and burr's now chasing hamilton around the basement and my grandma's trying to stop them lmao

my grandma's been laughing really hard at the two cats and she's planning to get a cat and name it thomas jefferson

i feel so bad for hamilton right now

edit: my mom's here with us too and she's heard a lot about hamilton from my grandma and they're now debating whether to get lafayette, a schuyler sister or jefferson lmao
i'm personally in favour of getting a schuyler sister
