My region is PAL there are some there but some people are asking for rediculous amounts of money. I'm actually heading to America next year so I'm just thinking I might buy it over there. I have a region free DVD at home.

Sooo I finally watched the FTWD finale.. the first half was good.. the 2nd half disappointed me though

I don't know, I still don't quite know what the purpose of the spin-off is, since they said in the beginning revealing what caused the virus wasn't going to be revealed (or they said something like that at least)

I think the only good part about the second season to me was Alissa, she's grown to be my favorite character on that show since Madison still annoys me quite a bit, Travis I'm still unsure about, Nick I'm iffy with, and I'm sure a majority of us who watched the season 2 finale know what happened to Chris.

What is the difference between FTWD and TWD?

The only real difference between TWD and FTWD is where it's placed.

FTWD is set in LA and Mexico, while TWD is set in Atlanta and all of those places.
FTWD is also set in the very beginning of the apocalypse, the first episode takes place when humanity is still themselves and the outbreak is just starting. While TWD is in the future, and the first episode takes place when the outbreak is already pretty far along.

Alissa is by far my fav character now.. Nick is growing on me.. I like his gf (I can't remember her name) I don't really like Travis, Madison, Chris, Ophelia, or Strand..

Most people who are into TWD don't love FTWD - if you have hulu or netflix or something where you can get it for free, I'd suggest trying it.. but if you have to buy the set/episodes online, I wouldn't waste the money
