fortunately, i've never had to deal with those before but I have had a similar problem where two of my plants had mites, the best thing to do is to completely separate them from all of your other plants so that the issue doesn't get passed onto other plants.
You could buy or make your own insecticide, when i did it I used some commercial insecticide but there's tonnes of advice on how to create your own online, this page has a bunch of different insecticide 'recipes'. From my experience, I found that there was very little change for a long time and then the mites all went away at once so you might have to do it for longer than you expect, but be persistent and I wish you good luck!

What do you do to prepare your plants for winter?

What do you do to prepare your plants for winter?
For my indoor plants there isn't much I need to do other than water then less, but for my outdoor ones my family have plans to buy in some bark to cover the soil to defend against frost. This year my dad built a hot box (I think that's what it's called - it keeps the young plants warm so that the frost doesn't kill them and also means that at the start of spring they'll get a headstart on the other plants!)
I'm quite nervous because we're trying a lot of new things we haven't done before but I'm also excited for spring so that all of the hard work we've done can come to fruition!

What do you do to prepare your plants for winter?
Ive never really taken much notice of how my plants went in winter due to them always being in a greenhouse (apart from those big flower bushes and shrubs ect) but this year we dont have a greenhouse so i had to move some of my chilli seedlings out of the direct air because of the frost. They did get frosted before i realised i had to move them
But, in australia, it is now spring!
So all the seedlings that got frosted have sprung up and developed many new leaves. Ill have to take some photos of all the flowers that are out too, my pansies are in full bloom and many of my cacti have sprouted a flower

Oh dang, I'd really love a greenhouse but there's nowhere to put it right now - it would be really useful here. Did your chilis do alright in the end?
I'd love to see photos - but there's no rush haha
Edit;; For those in the southern hemisphere who are entering spring (or those int he northern missing it haha) what's your favourite spring plants that you're excited to see/are missing right now?

being in the northern hemisphere it will be a while before i see my favourite spring plants... and at the moment i'm quite missing daffodils and the honeysuckle we have in our garden, but i also really love to see wild crocus and snowdrops! ;v;

welcome yoon; it's always awesome to have new users joining!
i love aloes so much, i have two + all of their little offsets! ;v;
aaaa bonsais are so cute!! i hope that they spout soon, do you
have those cute lil pots for them? i adore those!
my grandpa has at least 20-30 different bonsais in his garden &
they're all different shapes and types of plants. they're so cute
and it's always great to see them! i've heard growing them from
seed takes forever though haha, i might be a bit too impatient
for that ;v;
oh gosh spider plants are very pretty, i hope you get one soon!

Welcome! I'm looking for bonsais so long, but I have trouble with finding the one :'D Yes, I'm picky.

I don't do something special, all my babys are in my room, the garden is my mother's territory.
