Sorry, I know plenty on WW2, but non on WW1.sorry

Meh that's okay, I know WWI historical fiction is hard to find :P At least here in the US, because we were more involved in WW2.
I suppose I'll just have to make do by watching Downton Abbey xD

Yeah downton Abbey is awsome
WAIT! My dad got one the other day about planes and stuff.... can't rember what it was called. I don't know if you'll be able to get it in the states. There some in the U.K, but still more about WW2

I've been looking for a WWI historical fiction book, too! They're so hard to find! The only fictional WWI books I know of are the Leviathan trilogy books, but those are steampunk, so I don't think that they're quite what you're looking for.

I've been reading a couple books by Charles Todd set in that time period: the Sir Ian Rutledge and the Bess Crawford series. They're not specifically about the war but they don't ignore it like some books do. Bess is a nurse actively in duty, and Rutledge had served on the front, before suffering shell-shock and being sent home. I'm not great at summarizing books, plus I've only read one or two of each as of yet, so you should look them up yourselves.

You might want to try I Am Canada: Shot At Dawn. It's a bit on the short side, but it's very good; I enjoyed it immensely.
I know that you're not looking for anything in a specific country, so I'm sorry that the book above is Canadian, but the character is overseas ... I don't know, you might like it.

There's also Fall of Giants. My dad has read it, and he thought it was good. It is an adult book, though.

I'm on a semi-hiatus, but would be willing to come back
full time for a good RPG.
I'll look at anything, but I prefer
animals, and I won't do Hunger Games/Divergent, anything
supernatural, or anything where the main point is romance.
I've done Warrior cats and Camp Half-Blood RPGs quite a
few times, including hosting my own on another site, but I
would prefer not to do either of those RPGs again. I might
instead be interested in a Hogwarts RPG, or maybe something
based in WW1 or WW2. I'm probably semi-literate, but please,
nothing below that. (And I like RPing male characters, if
you're in need of any.)

So, have an RPG suggestion? Or maybe a trade? Or just
wanna message me? Please, don't hesitate! (;

I don't know what to read next, except for the rest of Maximum Ride...

Can I get some good fantasy recommendations? Something easy, not 'hard' english.

So you know how you'll be reading a book in public and people come up to you and ask what you're reading and who it's by and how do you like it, and on, and on, and on? Well, it's one of my pet peeves (why would you talk to a reading person?), so I'm taking a 3x5 card and writing, for example:
Hi! I'm reading "The Hobbit". It's by J.R.R. Tolkien, and it's one of my all time favorite books. Thank you for your interest!
~Hobbit

Not that I'd take the Hobbit card with me now that I'm reading "Phantom of the Opera" but you get the idea...
It's also a great idea since I loose my bookmarks all the time; these hold my spot just fine.

Now watch, people will stop asking me questions, and I'll never get the chance to try them out.

Ooh, yes, so aggravating! Do they think we're lonely or something, so that's why we're reading? Anyway, that card's a good idea though!
See, what I do when people ask me what I'm reading is I hold the book up for them to read the name. If I can read, so can you. They usually don't say much else.
