After you complete the game you can go to lumiose city and get a message on your holocaster from Looker. He will tell you to come to the Looker Bureau and then you can complete some missions for him.

I have went into luminose city a few times, but I don't think I have got the holocaster message.

I have. I thought it was adorable, and the ending was really sad. But I'm looking forward to doing it again when I complete the game for the 3rd time.

You can get eggs by leaving a male and a female Pokemon at the daycare. They must be in the same egg group though.
