brief history: -Ravenwing- Born in (insert name)Clan Ravenkit was loved by his mother and father. His sisters Ivykit and Mintkit used to love to venture out of the nursery and explore. After becoming warriors Ravenwing felt jealous of his own sister Ivyclaw because she got Larkwater as a mate. Until one day on a patrol we’re he saw Tenderheart a loner at the time, Tenderheart was invited into camp and Ravenwing befriended him quickly.

-Tenderheart- Tenderheart was born a loner who lived with his large family consisting of his mother, father and four siblings. Tenderheart went by the name Jack. Though his parents loved him they told him to go live by himself since he was full grown, Jack hated that Idea and managed to convince one of his siblings Libby to come too. After two seasons Libby died from being struck in the head with tumbling rocks. Horrified Jack went to reconnect with his other siblings Hallie, Rose and Max only to find they had all became kittypets. After hearing of the clans Tenderheart found (insert name)clan were he befriended Ravenwing. Sadly they fell in love which the clan didn’t support so they were exiled. The two toms never gave up on clan life so they happily joined Mountainclan.

-Stemkit- Stem was her given name at birth. Stem’s mother was a run-away kittypet who left so that her kits wouldn’t be taken away and slaughtered like her last litter. Stem and her sister Fawn were completely oblivious of there mother’s want to finally go home. When Ravenwing and Tenderheart were loners together they came across Stem, Fawn and her mother. Her mother asked them to take Stem and Fawn, the two toms agreed. Fawn soon passed away of an unknown sickness but Stem made it to Mountainclan who was then named Stemkit. Tenderheart refused to let the queens care for Stemkit and instead he moved into the nursery with her.

Personalities: -Ravenwing- Ravenwing is naive and supportive to friends. If in anyway shape or form a threat is shone upon a friend of his Ravenwing will personally fight it away. He has a sharp tongue when it comes to rude cats and can’t stand overly dumb warriors either. Tenderheart is his world and could never look at another cat the same way that he looks at Tenderheart.

-Tenderheart- gentle natured and kind Tenderheart will also stick up to friends no matter what. When an orphaned kit comes to the clan Tenderheart feels a lot of pity. He often wants to jump in front of the nursery assistant Flamepatch and join his job though he really loves being a warrior so he made do as how every now and then becoming a nursery assistant. Tenderheart loves training apprentices and sometimes joins there games, luckily his mate Ravenwing is just as childish as he is.

-Stemkit- Calm, curious and honest Stemkit is a great friend. The clan trusts her lots and views her as one of their most loyal warriors. Everyone knows that she could never tell a lie. Stemkit goes on to get her warrior name Stempool to reflect how calm she is, Stemkit never fails to keep up with her two adoptive father longer legs. You can tell Stemkit millions of times how Ravenwing and Tenderheart are not her real dads but her view on them would never change she remembers her real mother but Tenderheart is more of a mother than her.

Mallowstep is handsome, strong and aggressive. If anyone insults him or anything he cares about, he won't hesitate to attack. Inter clan or not. Mallowstep is like a body guard. Any cat from another clan will be questioned before aloud to enter their camp. Any wrong choice of words, Mallowstep will make sure they don't come back.

Ebonyfur is a romantic. He fantasizes of toms he loves. Ebonyfur will try all in his power to swoon the ones he loves. Most toms reject him, ( I don't know why, he is handsome ) But, once rejected, he will either keep trying, or move on after a moon of groaning to his fellow clan mates. But now.. He has someone.

Flintkit loves soft things. His fathers are soft, which makes him want to spend even more time with his fathers. He loves playing with Mallowstep's tail. Mallowstep is a queen helper so he stays in the nursery while Ebonyfur is a medicine cat. Flintkit loves peeking around in ponds and finding mossy rocks.

brief histories:
Mallowstep use to live in an abusive household. He never lets his guard down since then. The details of Mallowstep's home are not shared to anyone. It is a part of his trust issues. His parents were killed there. He came to trust only cats in his clan. He will protect them at the cost of his life.

Ebonyfur lived with his former but now lover, Mallowstep. He didn't want to fall in love just encase they died in their home like his parents did. Their twolegs were frightening. Always having bottles thrown at Mallowstep scared Ebonyfur. They were thrown towards him too, but he was more concerned for Mallowstep. Now in their new clan they are mates.

Flintkit was bullied for having two tom parents. They found it strange, but Flintkit did not. He loved his parents. He found it weird that they thought that way. Mallowstep tells him they don't know what they are talking about, but Flintkit doesn't believe that. He tells him when they are older they will respect him.

↠ravenwing is a confident, outgoing, and adventurous cat who enjoys conversing with others and learning about the world. he is very friendly, able to two to pretty much anyone for any reason, and so when his little family comes across a stranger in their travels, he tends to do most of the talking. he is incredibly loyal to those he loves and would lay down his life for love.
↠roadrunner can be described as a bit of a nervous wreck. due to the many moons of abuse by his family and clan mates of his birth clan, he doesn’t know how to trust anyone or take a joke. he has a severe stutter and tends to avoid talking if he can so that others don’t hear it, tearing it will give new cats a reason to tease him.
↠smokekit is your stereotypical tomboy persona. he likes getting in the middle of things and enjoys playing in particularly dirty scenarios, such as splashing around in squishy mud. he is still just so young and full of life that he is curious about everything in the world around him.

↠ravenwing was not born to any clan; he was born a simple street cat, living in a feral cat community on the outskirts of a bustling two leg city. but he was young and wanted to travel and explore the world; plus he felt trapped by the constant appearances of two legs and wanted to go somewhere in nature more secluded. so one day he just left everything he knew and went on his journey.
↠roadrunner was born into an incredible traditions and strict clan where anything that made a cat unique was squashed out of them immediately. so when he showed an interest at a young age not in mollies but in other toms, he was bullied profusely. he ended up taking a molly mate, it was arranged by their parents though so neither was happy about the pairing. they had a litter of kits together, but one kit was transgender and the mother would not accept this. When roadrunner tried to defend his kit, they were both banished together.
↠smokekit was born into his father roadrunners clan; but due to his desire to be a tom instead of the molly whose body he was born into, his traditional mother refused to care for him and so when his father was cast out of the clan, he was taken with him. along their path they met ravenwing and he immediately began to view the second Tom as another father.

Apollo is a stoic and confident tom. He believes he can do just about anything, as long as he works hard at it. With this attitude, he tries to be the best father by instilling work ethic through tough love with his son. He does have a soft spot for his daughter, however, as she's his only ever daughter. Nina, despite the heartbreak of losing many of her kits, is a very upbeat and hyper cat. She always has energy, which she usually uses to go fishing or swimming when she isn't expecting kits. She loves kits and wants to have as many litters as possible. (Heterosexual)
Otto can have a bit of an attitude, always being rough with others. He's sarcastic and always up for some kind of challenge, probably being the most competitive cat around (and he'll challenge you on that). He can be a bit rough around the edges, sometimes just plain rude without really knowing he is. The tom is blunt and finds honesty is the best policy, no matter how brutally honest it is. He's super protective of his younger sister, being taught by his father that she-cats are very special and should be protective. (Bisexual)
Odette is quiet and graceful. She doesn't do anything without thinking it over first. Otherwise, she'd rather just stay with her mother and listen to the grown cats talk. She is spoiled rotten by her father and brother, them pretty-much doing everything for her. (Lesbian)
Brief Histories:
Apollo has everything on his back to protect his family. With both litters, they were born mostly toms. However, in litters of five and four, he was both times only left with one surviving kit. Nina and Apollo met as Nina was a house cat and he was a stray. Once Nina got pregnant with Otto's litter, they were sure they had to be together away from twolegs. As the cats left the town, they had trouble surviving. Apollo has to perfect his weak hunting skills and was the sole caretaker of his new family. Once Otto was old enough to start helping out with hunting, Nina was expecting again with Odette's litter. Once Odette was born with a litter of stillborn kits, Apollo decided it was time for them to join a clan.

Ebonyskip is a rather quiet cat. They aren't shy per-say, but they prefer to listen than to fill the air with unneeded noise. The only times Ebonyskip breaks out of their quiet shell, is if Ivorygale or Swankit is threatened. But even then they don't turn into a crazy psychotic angry cat, they mainly just growl a bit more and attempt to kill whoever is hurting their family. (68)

Ivorygale is an extremely cheerful cat. He enjoys making other cats laugh, even if it is just a pity laugh. He usually spends time with kits and young apprentices, because they've got the most humor left in them. A warrior who has seen battles and faced death isn't as likely to laugh when a joke is made, but a young kitten or apprentice, who still has stars in their eyes and smiles on their faces? They love to laugh, and Ivory loves making them laugh. It's a win-win scenario. (90)

Swankit is five moons old, but has already seen a lot of the world. Child of a serious cat and a jokester, xis parents weren't really sure what to expect of Swankit as xey grew up, so they didn't expect anything of xem. Swankit has turned out to be a sort of blend of xis parents. Mostly serious like Ebonyskip, Swankit has a knack for jokes like Ivorygale, but isn't joking all of the time. Just when a situation either really needs it, or is really funny. (88)
brief histories:
Ebonyskip and Ivorygale grew up together. Though they were from different litters, the two spent so much time together, that after their Gender Mission, Ivory asked if his name could be changed to match Ebony's. (His original name was Poppy, but we'll get to more on that in a moment)

When Ebony and Ivory were four moons old, as is custom in the alley-cat group they grew up with, they were sent into a warehouse to have their Gender Mission. Even though its not a real mission, it's called that mostly because it sounds cooler than Gender Talk.

Basically, they go into a warehouse, along with all the other kits of their age from the entire city, and a bunch of cats tell them about the genders they use. The city gathers at least one cat of every gender they can find, and the kits spend three days there, learning about genders and [redacted bcause this is cs] such as Agender, Demisexual, Transgender, and Bisexual, and so on.

When the kittens leave, they don't have to make their choices right away, but they are then allowed to start changing their gender if they so choose. Ebony identified himself as Demimale, and Poppy asked to be called Ivory, and male.

When Ebony and Ivory entered the age of adulthood, they became mates, and a few weeks later Ivory was pregnant with Swankit. (232)

Swankit was born in the same alleyway as xer fathers, and went through the same Gender Mission. At first when xe came out, xe stayed xer birth gender (male). Shortly before Ebony and Ivory started looking for a clan to join, Swankit asked if xe could be called by Xe/Xem terms (to which, of course, xer fathers and the alleycats agreed) (63)

Swanwing was a shy kittem when she was born. Since she was a quiet cat, she excelled at hunting and was able to catch prey despite her bright white pelt. Most times when she’s hunting during the seasons, other then Leaf-bare, she leaves her pelt dusty to have some camouflage to help her hunt. In Leaf-bare, she struggles as all others do but finds hiding a bit easier as the snow makes it easier for camouflage for her. Swanwing is a persistent, quiet, and will do her best at what her leader tells her to do. Unlike her mate Condorstrike, she hates to fight and would rather stay with Heronpaw and Ternkit to keep them safe. (116 words)

Condorstrike was one of the more impulsive kits in the nursery when he was born. Even when play fighting with his denmates, he would sometimes get overexcited and hit the others harder then he was supposed to. During his apprentice days, he was able to control it better, but during a battle, he hits enemies as hard as he can, thus his suffix strike for his impulsiveness during battle. Condorstrike enjoys battling, as he wants to keep Swanwing, Heronpaw, and Ternkit safe. (82 words)

Heronpaw was a caring, helpful kit in the nursery, and still is as an apprentice. If she sees another apprentice struggling with a skill she has learned, she will offer some advice on how they can better the skill. She knows they may not take the advice, but she always tries cause she wants everyone to do well in training. Even if she enjoys helping other cats, she hates to wait and usually causes trouble when she has to. In other words, Heronpaw is impatient but enjoys helping other cats. (90 words)

Ternkit is persistent like his mom and usually wants to play all the time. Swanwing usually has trouble getting the kit to sleep, and when she falls asleep before him trouble brews. Ternkit likes to cause trouble to get attention for himself, as he was a single kit and he gets lonely a lot. Even he knows it’s wrong, he will do it just to get attention, or to see the elders at some point in the day. Ternkit is an energetic trouble maker. (84 words)

brief history: -- Swanwing and Condorstrike met at a gathering one night, and fell in love with each other. Before they knew it, their clans had disbanded and they found each other again. Swanwing was traveling with Heronpaw, who had lost her family during a battle and the white she-cat had adopted her as a daughter. Swanwing got pregnant during travels and had Ternkit, and Swanwing knew they had to find shelter so the kit could live through Leaf-bare and found ShineClan soon after Ternkit was born. With ShineClan's motto in mind, "The hope that shines on," they decided to join the clan as they felt it fit them. (105 words)

alpinelight was probably first known for her rather...judgmental nature, in the sense that she has the tendency to judge before she actually knows someone well. she is quick to bristle and snap and much more than used to getting her way. Nontheless, she believes in the strength of family, and does take time out of her day to check in on each of her loved ones.

stonestream is an intellectual and rational cat with a cynical streak. His moral judgement makes him condemn the cruelties and failures of the world, which is also what brings out his sarcastic nature. He has a witty judgement, meeting danger and adversity with both hilarity and calm.

heronpaw (to be named heronwatcher) is a clever, on-her-feet cat whose intelligence shows through her every move. She is an explosion of thoughts and questions, constantly seeking to learn more about the world around her. heronaster cannot be called officious, but she can get on her mother's nerves at every point. probably because she tends to get under everyone's paws.

kitekit (to be named kitepaw and kiteeyes) is an observant female who can't help but be blindsided to the troubles of the world. quite honestly, she's been spoiled more than she should've, which is certainly better than being brought up being jaded toward the negative aspects of the world.

brief histories:

alpinelight and stonestream (formerly ivory and azure respectively) were wildling cats, brazen and rash with all the wonders of young love. they met young and seemed to be caught up in it fully. They could both be classified as the ones who possessed the trick of their trade - ivory was a precocious huntress and somehow favored more than her lover azure in soren's eyes. not that azure himself was overshadowed; he'd edged out his own spot in the niche with his exceptional tracking and ambush skills. it was possible that the pair was responsible for teaching iladar as par soren's orders. perhaps their old acquaintance was what made blackstar welcome them into the clan with formal court names. alpinelight and stonestream were sworn in as soldiers. even with the busy court life, the pair-with blackstar's warm blessing-made time to settle down and have two kits-one of which is a cadet today.

↠crowtalon is seen by others as very mysterious and overly protective of his family. growing up in a clan and then having that protection torn away when he has his own family really affected him. he feels the constant need to keep his eyes on his family at all time, and hardly ever leaves his mates side. He is very much the type of Tom to act on impulse and attack rather than talking to a stranger who could be friendly but could be a threat.
↠angorafur is a gentle soul. she is the worlds biggest sweetheart and has so much love to give that it just flows out of her. she is almost always seen smiling and can see the positive in even the most stressful situations. she also provides a means of grounding her mate when he gets overly protective or nervous, and commonly is seen with her tail draped over his back in a simple touch of reassurance.
↠tapirpaw is a very calm and patient molly whose fuse never seems to run out. she is the perfect big sister to lemurkit, always smiling and shaking her head at his silly antics, but never demeaning him for his constant questions. she is a clever creature and some that they meet in passing assume she is older than she really is due to her knowledge and wisdom of the world around her.
↠lemurkit is just a ball of endless energy who never seems to run out of questions to ask his family. he is curious about everything new that he sees or hears, and if he doesn’t like the answer that he is given to a question, he is highly likely to sneak out and try to figure it out in on his own. aka he gets into alot of trouble.

↠crowtalon didn’t have an easy start to life. He was born a week before his mate, and constantly says that she is the only thing that got him through the hardships of his young life. his father was a rogue who was chased off as soon as he crossed into clan territory. his mother was so heartbroken from the loss of her mate that at first she secluded into herself and barely cared for her kits. both of his brothers died in under a moon due to her lack of care. when he became an apprentice, she got this fire back inside of her and seemed to hate him for his survival, deeming him the worst part of her life as he was a constant reminder of his father. she left the clan shortly after he became a warrior.
↠angorafur was born less than a week after her mate, and so the two cats literally grew up together and became fast friends. unlike her mate, she had an amazing family. her parents were both warriors loyal to the clan, and were dedicated to their family of now five kits. life for them was very good, and when the deputy was killed when they were apprentices, her father was chosen to take over. the loss of their birth clan was harder to take for her, as she was so close to her entire extended family, but she understands her mates desire to start over.
↠tapirpaw was born into her parents clan. she had a fairly normal kitbood, and as the only kit in the nursery instead of playing around with litter mates, she would seek out the elders and cuddle up to them as they shared stories with her about their past lives and the glories of the clan. she was still in her first moon as an apprentice when the clan fell apart and her parents took her into their new life as loners with them.
↠lemurkit was actually born after his parents clan fell apart and his family had all become loners. his mothers second pregnancy (with him) was unplanned due to the change of lifestyle, but they still welcomed the kit into the world with love. life hasn’t been easy for him, his mother having a difficult labor without a medicine ca to help, but he has been pretty healthy since.
