Soulfire I shall snag a slot off you... eventually. When I actually decide a couple and if Raven wants pups or not. Now that I have taken care of a few things; awaiting responses currently. I do remember people talking about breedings a while back because Raven was concerned for it so why not throw in my own two cents about it.

How common are 'special wolves' now a days anyways? I feel the very definition of special has been taken away, instead of being special with simply an edit or a paint I feel like special wolves are more or less your classic custom lined wolf perhaps now a days? Maybe it's just me. Either way I feel like if two parents share a common trait then perhaps it should be passed down? Like with two wolves who share the same ear type (for example Fluffy ears?) Fluffy ears are extremely common on the older lines but not so much on these lines. Maybe if both parents share it, they could be passed down (only exception would be family members who have different ears which could factor into it maybe?). If parents both have hair maybe it could be rolled? A lot of babies are born bald, so maybe if they don't roll for hair as a pup, perhaps as a teen instead? That's my idea for it.

Now for bigger edits. IF both parents have edits full out I think perhaps the chances of passing down edits should be higher. Here is how I see it.

Parents with no edits - Rolls for how many pups (genders too if required).

Parents with at least one parent with edits - Rolls for how many pups (genders too if required). 1-3 is no edits, 4-5 is small, 6 is large.

Parents with both who have edits - Rolls for how many pups (genders too if required), 1-3 is small edits and 4-6 is large edits?

Perhaps? Then the paint roll would stay the same regardless; let me know what you think about that. Lastly about artists breeding their own pups I can see why that would be put in as a rule. People could easily roll until they got their desired edits, so I can see why that would be taken into account. Perhaps if we added a third party to observe how they roll? Then again not everyone can join me so we'd have to work out a system for that. We'll chat more on it; if you have any ideas let me know!

Okay I lied again about the last part. I noticed lately it's very hard to keep track of mates and when they became mates? Perhaps we should have a mate archive to keep up with the amount? So no one can forget when they can have pups and then everything is easier? I've seen other species do this and I wondered if it would make sense to use it here?

Welll that's all I got for now on my to-do list for Raven whilst she is recovering (by the way she is home from the hospital now incase anyone was worried). She is currently asleep and since I was off work and Violet's with her grandparents today figured it would be okay to start on that list. Sorry for the long post but I'm a pretty busy panda.

yaaay so I have some news as well

I've been pretty sick for the past few days so I may be taking a longer time to reply: I've been trying to take naps whenever I feel sleepy in hopes I'll get better with all the rest. this means I'm taking ridiculously long naps during the day at weird times and staying up at night at some points
I'd like to not do anything official since I'm a bout of typos and I can only imagine trying to do an aging or designing during this, considering I'm like.... not too coherent xP

but! what better way to wish everyone a happy fathers day then to announce two brand new parents- and a new prince!

I'm still thinking about his fate, because while I absolutely love him I also don't wanna keep the family to myself ;v;
so if anyone is interested, send me a pm or something? i'm really highly considering gifting rather than putting ufa as my options are concerned

also I'm trying to work on my penmanship / tablet skills so I'm taking commissions

because I'm sick I'm only gonna take designs without gradient, designs without clutter {hard designs are fine}

I'm trying to juggle about seven rp's at the moment so rp offers are gonna be closed on a note of all the rps, because most are literate/semi lit and take like half an hour to reply to each one oop
