Curious as to when people are turning their lights on and off! I've personally been putting mine on just before I go to bed, leaving it on whilst I'm at work for the day, and then turning them back off once I'm home and ready to answer any messages

But has anyone found a different schedule that works better for them? Do you prefer turning them on when you're free, and then answering any messages as they filter in?

I've fortunately had a bunch of time lately so mine have been on since the game started and I've only gotten 8 messages today while during the first couple days there was about 20 or so a day. I was shocked that it slowed down this much so quickly especially since new people keep joining. I'm curious to see if it will continue like this, I haven't played since 2017 so I don't remember what it's usually like

As long as I know, I have some time once a day, I keep my Lights On 24/7. To give players from all time zones and with all schedules the chance to Trick or Treat And I reply to all of them once a day. If I knew, I wouldn't have the time or motivation in the next days, I will turn off the lights for the time being

On the first 1,5 days, I replied to like 50 requests XD But it's getting less by the days, because I only allow one visit per week

turned my lights on for the second time and im nervous for the influx of tot'ers! :'0 since i always play a game with my goers, it takes a lil more effort to track and be aware of what im sending heh. but its always worth it imo! i love seeing people get excited over my lil story!

I keep mine on 24/7 until the game ends. This allows everyone to have time to send in their messages, and I just go through them whenever I have time each night or when my toddler is sleeping. I find that easier than turning them on and off and then having to worry whether a message was sent at the wrong time.

I sort of do it the other way around haha. I turn mine on when I know I'll be on the computer for a while, and turn them off when I go to bed. I often wake up to messages regarding art and such, so I don't leave them on for the night. Otherwise it'd be a downright mess to sort through everything.

I'm having a lot of fun this year, though! Writing silly little response messages or jokes in the trades cracks me up.

I turned mine on on the first day until i had about 20 messages, then turned my lights off so i could focus on answering them. I get overwhelmed otherwise ^^'
Once I'm done answering them, it's lights on again for me c: unfortunately I'm feeling quite under the weather currently so it's been slow-going

My lights are always on! I may turn them off towards the end of oct when I'm going on holiday but I haven't decided that yet. I reply to most within 24hours but sometimes if work drags out it may take a little more:)

I just turned my lights on for the first time lol!
I think I'll be keeping them on when i'm able to be online, and off when im sleeping/at work/studying/etc. just to avoid being overwhelmed

I usually have mine on when I'm awake/at work so I can reply fairly quickly! I might leave them on overnight closer to Halloween though :3
