Sunny squinted at Snow. "You snuck into Aldro's lab didn't you..?" Snow glanced around hesitantly. "You know his assistant likes to mix their baking and chemicals..! Well, let's go try and fix this before they realize.."
Sunny sneakily led Snow back up to the laboratory and found the assistant's corner. "Let's see.. Perhaps something fish flavored would turn you back into a cat..? 'Fishy Falafel'?" Snow quickly shook their head. "Well what did you eat to get this way?" Sunny said looking over while holding a suspicious looking jar that glowed pink and a bag of lavender hued bread. Snow whined and tried to point at a bowl on the desk. Sunny looked at a small sticker on the side of it. "'Puppy Pudding?'" Sunny glanced over and smirked at the ridiculousness of the situation again. Snow just glared back. "Alright, alright.. Let's find the cat changing one." Looking at shelves of random seeming foods, Sunny muttered to himself, "Cat.. kitty... what foods...aha! Kitty Croissants!" Sunny turned with a smile like his name and presented the proper treat. "Well, let's try it out!" Snow figured it couldn't get much worse than being a dog to try another potioned food, so grabbed it and took a large bite.
There was a poof of purple, sparkly dust and hacking, but as the air cleared Sunny gave a shout, "I did it!" Snow just glared. "We. Ahem, We did it.. aha.." Snow replied, "Let's get out of here before.." "What are you doing in my lab space?" A voice behind them said. Turning they saw they were caught. "Uuh.." Snow didn't have words. "Nothing! Just waiting for you! To ah.. Ask you to come try this fun new game! Yeah!" Sunny started shooing them out the door again. But as they went his eye was caught by a delicious looking bottle of what seemed to be berry juice. It couldn't be that bad.. right?

hi stars! we have a few mini updates for mid-april that we’d like to share <33

- it’s finally here!! 🎉 ✨ earlier in the month, we announced that artists can now award multiple hms for adopt entries. for the second part of this update, you can now convert hms to stardust using a form on the archive! hms are valued at 35 stardust each and once converted to stardust, it can’t be reversed! you can find more details / info on our archive thread

- explore item prize lists have also been rebalanced after our starclan shop update last year! we’ve added some items to the random item list and more event-exclusive items / myos to our npc active (long-term) task prizes

- guest writer applications are closing in about 5 days (april 19 -> 20 cs rollover)! if you’re interested in joining us as a writer, make sure to fill out our application form

- we also have a staff change to announce! jay. will be taking a break / hiatus from staff for a time! they’ve asked to step down from their role as a helper and artist to focus on some irl matters and their health – we wish them the very best on their break 💖🙏

Anpu - Short ears edit but it’s the default ear lines shortened by just a few pixels
kyeza - Whisker edit but you have to select the default whiskers and move them around / stretch them / etc. rather than redrawing anything

DawnDenki - Heterochromia edit but the eyes have to be slightly different shades of the same color
clouds-move-on - Bob tail edit but it's not a bob tail, it's Bob's tail. Edit item changes the cat's entire tail to exactly match Bob's - fully white on the default long fur lines. This item cannot be used on a cat which it would change the coat description of by adding white to the tail + Unnatural eye color edit but the eyes have to be Stars background pink (#fddbda) + Pupil edit but the pupils must be carrots + this cat
dimi. - Pupil edit but the pupils must be carrots
SushiFoxx - Max fur edit but every box must have only one small tuft of added fur
