I was told that when customs are closed, I could probably ask somebody on here to help make a birthday one for me, is that true?

Ahh does anyone know how to submit a birthday custom we've finished but just need approved..?
I'm sure there's a template I should fill out for them but I'm not sure which one to use ;~;

Fill out the same form you would do for the birthday custom, color/markings and all that good stuff just like if you were gonna post it when customs are open. Pm it along with the ikplet image to me or Slate for approval.

I'm gonna answer this generally, since I think I saw someone before ask about it too? (I haven't been paying too much attention to the last few pages tho ;m; sorry, it usually just moves so slow I don't bother checking for a long while)

Regarding customs, I'm pretty sure if you or someone else downloads the template on the first page, you can essentially make your own custom so long as it stays within the rules of whatever ticket you're using. When you're done, you can pm the finished picture of it along with the appropriate form, as if you were posting on the thread, to Slate or Madison.

You can add in whatever edits or items in that your ticket allows on your own or pass it off to someone to do. Again, just make sure it's within the limitations of the ticket you're using.

If it has mutations though.... That's a little trickier, because the files we can download, unless I missed them, don't have any of the line altering mutations, including nebula tho that's not line altering. This doesn't affect things like the ones that affect the color of their coat (albinism, etc), or heterochromia since those are easy to do, but I'm not sure what to do if you wanted an ikplet with, say, nebula and a third eye.

Since I can't match slate's style, I waited for customs to be open. But, since it's a birthday custom you want, StarRay... since you're kinda limited on time, depending on what you needed done with it, I'd be happy to help. ^^ I just can't do line edits or accessories, since, I don't really match Slate's style. But I can at least do the base since I have firealpaca. I tried doing accessories on my wildblood custom. Didn't look quite right ;m;

tl;dr: you can make your own custom or get help making it, you just gotta get it approved by slate. Follow the ticket rules. Not sure what to do if you want mutations other than ones like the albinism or heterochromia though. ^^

I don't do custom brushes in sai and I rebuilt Aiden who has nebula so I could see where the nebula is for the whelps in the breeding I'm almost done with. Needless to say it was above some layers and below others. Rofl. And with a blend mode no less. xD

Tbh it's the only reason I hadn't finished in a more timely manner. Though they should be done today. Depends on how fast Slate can get back to me for when they will be put up.

Though when I manage a mutation I haven't made yet, I definitely save it for later. Slates style is pretty hard to match. But I think I've got line edits for the actual ikplets down.

Hey guys, I'm casually making a bunch of ikplets for batches while Slate I guess is finishing up customs. Was just wondering if this kinda design for an ikplet interested anyone, don't wanna make it/any like it if no one is gonna like it lol. I really like making nebula ones....



Also since I'm on Spring Break for the rest of the week I can do customs that don't need lineart edits. So if you own a custom ticket, haven't already posted it last time customs were open, and are ok with a customs that wont have any lineart edits you can pm the filled out forms to me and I can make the custom for you.
