theo the gambler/thief/con man extraordinaire and quark

theo appears cheerful and optimistic- and he is, although he often uses his
natural friendliness to put potential targets off guard as well as make new friends
(which he isn't very good at, seeing as he is terrible at committment and telling the
truth). he's confident and charming, with an irresistable swagger about him and a
bit of a dramatic flair (as well as a lot of snark). he's a very skilled liar and is very
manipulative and devious, as well as usually guarded about his life and what he does
(this results mainly from the event that caused the loss of his arm- anger from some of
those he'd formerly swindled at the poker table). he's very intelligent but can be over-
confident and reckless often. he genuinely enjoys socializing, and would be honest and
affectionate with someone he trusts. he'd probably prank them a lot too.
quark tries to keep him in line, being a lot more nervous and caring, but he can't do much
as he's an amorphous blob of ink that mostly makes weird bird noises.

kell the mildly unsettling mime and doppelgänger

kell is nearly impossible to define- his moods are as mecurial as the weather.
one moment full of mirth and amusing tricks, the next his eyes will grow cold
and his gestures more ominous and melancholy, like a man who can't find his
way home or being poked and prodded at by invisible hands. these moods can
slip into each other like clouds obscuring and revealing the sun by turns.
consistently throughout these moods, kell is intelligent, observant, and
quick-witted. he can read a crowd like no other, and knows almost
instinctively when and where to begin performing, and what tricks will
appeal the most to his audience. he has a knack for conversing without words,
using expressive facial expressions and gesture, usually utilizing his graceful
hands and fluid lips. doppel and gänger are extremely skilled at 'reading' him,
and they act as translators if kell cannot manage to get his message across,
although they prefer to remain silent when possible as well, joining kell in his
quiet. kell is also a showman, flamboyant and a bit manipulative, using his charm
and beauty, as well as perceptiveness, to play to an audience and get as much
profit as possible. he is careful in his appearance, fastidiously checking and maintaining
his flawless makeup and outfit, and knows how unearthly and bewitching he can appear.
he is not vain, but merely confident in his own appearance and knows that it will
improve his image and performance, which he strives for at all times. being a mime
is nearly his entire life; he loves becoming different people and things and telling
stories without words; he considers it true art, and has taken it to the next level
by taking a 'vow of silence' of sorts, never speaking in order to maintain the art.
kell seems nearly tireless, rarely sleeping or caught idle, restless and preferring
to remain in motion when possible. he sleeps when he has to, but doesn't enjoy
the bleak and loud landscapes of his dreams and prefers to remain awake as much
as possible, performing tricks and spending time in the company of doppelgänger.

sunny is a very optimistic and outgoing person, he's pretty extroverted as well. he's always up for adventures, and enjoys the company of those capable of keeping up with his hyper personality, but he does try to stay in pace with those who cannot as he likes to see people happy. he is easy to get along with, and always willing to include everyone in on the fun. sunny can be a bit socially clumsy sometimes, and might come off as blunt, or rude, but he means well almost every time. it's hard to make him angry.

i don't mind rping or headcanons/art, but i prefer to do everything over skype!!

Ram has such an infectious smile and laugh, it just bubbles over everything he says. His open personality always spills into his adventures and is never in one place too long. His voice is normally loud and booming, matching his strength his required over carrying his bag and hiking. But when he gets angry or protective, his voice can be his scariest attribute. Ram is a large flirt and is supremely sweet, never skipping a beat when he can throw a good pickup line.

What is your doll's ideal date? Honestly he has no clue. He's never been on an ideal date before
How does your doll's shadow feel about them getting into a relationship? Danny is a bit afraid and protective over his Ram, he doesn't want to see Ram fall too hard over someone who isn't good for him. Danny is also afraid that they wont travel as much as they usually do.
One a scale of 1-10 how romantic is your doll? about a 8.5, traveling so much has made him know about very romantic but hidden places. His flirty happy self can always think up where to take someone and what to put in that area.
What does your doll search for in a partner? They like to travel, and support him when his feelings aren't as bright as they usually are. Also they have to like to be carried, because a lot of that will be happening.
What is usually the dealbreaker for your doll when looking for a special someone? As I said, They like to travel and are supportive.
Would your doll prefer to receive; chocolate, roses, or a teddy bear? Ram strangely adores stuffed animals, so a teddy bear would be his preference.

LaLa;; doing something fun, and something exciting. lots of laughing.
Euthymios;; something quiet. no idle chatter. enjoying each other's company.
November;; a walk or a picnic. being out in nature. perhaps his partner being spontaneous.
How does your doll's shadow feel about them getting into a relationship?

Hart;; he's very protective of LaLa. you'll be getting the "break their heart and I'll break your face" speech.
Momento Mori;; believes Euthy is free to do as he chooses. if his doll is happy, so is he.
Fenrir;; would be worried about how November's partner would react to his werewolf transformations. wouldn't be aggressive, but would certainly be cautious until he got to know the other doll better.

LaLa;; very childish. may not understand if someone is flirting with them. the person would have to be direct. but once established in a relationship, probably a 7-8.
Euthymios;; not actively pursuing romantic interests, but were someone to take an interest, he would be quite flattered. he has romantic notions, but low self esteem. probably a 9.
November;; a closet romantic. interested in classic fairytales, but pretends he isn't in favor of intellectual pursuits. probably an 8.

LaLa;; its not hard, but it depends on the person. he's quite childish.
Euthymios;; not an impossible task, but he does spend a lot of time alone, so the challenge would be for him to actually meet someone.

What a fun bandwagon! I suppose I'll jump on as well. ^^ At the moment, my Doll August hasn't been developed yet as a character, so I'll just be opening Napoleon up for romance. I'll quote from his form to give you an idea about what he's like! I'll also fill out the questions posted by Slimedog. ^^



Napoleon is a red-hot fireball, with a loud, larger than life personality. He tries his hardest to be virtuous, valuing wisdom and integrity above everything, but he struggles with this, his downfall lying in the aggression and vanity that smolders in the core of his being. He feeds off of flattery and glorification, and it's easy for him to let it go to his head. Napoleon isn't easily agitated, but when he is, he lets his fury consume him and lashes out. In many ways, he considers his love for Lionel his only redemption.

Lionel is very much the yin to Napoleon's yang. While he isn't necessarily the opposite of Napoleon, his personality certainly balances out the personality of his doll. Lionel is naïve and inquisitive, spending much of his time romping in the grass and smelling the roses. He knows little of the evils of the world, which often results in those around him, including Napoleon, feeling like they need to protect him in order to preserve his innocence.

While Napoleon has a herculean disposition, he humors himself with fairly mundane activities. He spends much of his time sleeping, especially during the day, because he prefers soft twilight to the blinding afternoon sunlight, especially when he's gardening. Despite being incredibly ethereal and celestial, gardening is something that tethers him down to earth. He took up the hobby at the suggestion of Lionel, although he doesn't have much of a green thumb and often ends up killing the plants. That being said, he hasn't once considering giving up the activity because it brings him closer to Lionel.

What is your doll's ideal date?
My first instinct would be to just go with the cliché and say that his dream date is a relaxed day of gardening with his partner, but the truth is, that's a part of himself he doesn't allow himself to share with others. I don't think Napoleon would ever want to set up a date, at least not now, because he is too obsessed with his own image and fears that going on a date might somehow cause his image of unattainability to be tarnished.

How does your doll's shadow feel about them getting into a relationship? [Are they sad/jealous/happy/protective?]
Lionel would be ecstatic if Napoleon were to ever be in a relationship. Even though Napoleon gives off an air of self-assuredness, Lionel realizes that Napoleon struggles internally with how he is perceived by others, and a relationship with another doll could potentially help Napoleon with this.

Napoleon would like people to think that he is a 1, but in reality, he is definitely a 10. He's just afraid that if other dolls knew that, they would look at him differently or try to take advantage of him.

Someone who would not judge him for his true character that lies underneath his facade of confidence.

By being as charming and flirtatious as possible. Just think any charming "bad-boy" in Hollywood, and that's the technique that Napoleon goes for.

Napoleon tries to convince himself that what he's feeling isn't real- it's just a trick of the mind. When he really falls for someone, he will act flustered and bewildered around them.

Is it easy for your doll to fall in love?
No, not at all! To Napoleon, love is hard to win.

Celest: Going to an Art Museum would be her favorite thing in the world to do on a first date or even an art walk under the stars!
Azreal: She loves early morning, and with that something in the morning like watching the sunrise in a unique place would make her happy.
Maple: Maple being how she is would probably enjoy going to the theater or going danceing. Something fun and lighthearted that isn't at all serious.
Harlow: Harlow would love to go the forest or woods and be with nature.
Bonnie: Going somewhere she has never been before and experiencing something new

Roy: Ozzy though annoyed with bruse's constant biting enjoys his company when he is not a chew toy
Celest: Minu is very close with Celest and would feel invaded upon unless friends and accepting of the change.
Azreal: Nevermore would be very protective untill trusting the invater and will often nip and "squak" at them.
Maple: Autumn would be open and encouraging, Wynter would ignor them completly and Spring would encourage but be judgmental.
Harlow: Thomas and Vicotira would fus over him and tesse him though Thomas and Victoria would be willing, they are more involved with themselves and want him to find love just as much as they have.
Bonnie: Buzz is a rather free spirit and wouldnt mind at all, he is laid back and calm

i'm aviate/avi, and i currently own one doll, addison. i really hope to get involved in this community, as i really love the dollhouse adopts :>

speaking of, i'm a little late to jump on the bandwagon. i'd like to find my lovely kiddo addi someone for valentine's day! i don't mind puppy love, but more than anything i want a ship i can develop further with whoever owns his date - especially headcanons over skype!

addison is... aloof, hes often like that. being the kind of doll who's just a goof, self proclaiming himself king of puns, that's exactly who addi is. hes out there having fun, being the optimistic little child he is. he really loves climbing trees and always brands them with the letter ‘a’ because... he simply wants to. addi is still the child who will cry upon getting teased, hes somehow the scared little child who won't backstab you even when hes armed with the weapon he needs. hes a bit sadistic though, enjoys using that fencing sword of his to break through vines and pretending that they're his enemies. he used to do that with trees too, slicing off their branches, but one day he managed to get a bunch of crawling ants to slip into his clothes and crawl all over him and lets just say since that didn't end well we never saw him cutting branches ever again. even if he wishes he could still have the courage to, because he could, like, drop an ant-infested branch at someone! that would be funnier if he didn't have an utter phobia of ants now. 

being the childish one he is, addi dislikes tidy spaces and will try to make a mess of anything. living in a burrow isn't really a fancy lifestyle to begin with, but sometimes there comes an occasion where addi just looks back at his makeshift home and realizes that shoot, hes being too much of a clean freak. doesn't mean hell start kicking things around, but hell begin to change how he organizes things. cleanness he doesn't really mind, its just when things are aligned too perfectly that they begin to get on his nerves.
