Woah... I almost forgot to incubate my current nest today. x.x Times like these make me grateful I never experienced egg rot. XD

there is egg rot?? :C I don't let my eggs alone for to long usually but I didn't know they could ROT that's almost terrifying to think about.

To my knowledge, egg rot was a feature they removed from the site quite some time ago that made it so that eggs would rot if they had not been incubated in a 24 hour period. I understand from a few posts I have read that it was removed for various reasons. One was the issues with the site's stability, making it so that eggs would rot if people were simply unable to connect due to the site being down. Another issue that seems to pop up a lot on the forums when I read about it is that the 24 hour period was not synchronized with the site's daily reboot? It was instead linked to the exact hour you incubated, so if you missed the incubation it would cause egg rot even if you had incubated correctly? That one I am not too sure on, cause everywhere I read it sort of seems different, like if it was a bug of some sort. o3o An older member would probably be able to explain it better though, cause all I know about it is from threads.

I've debated on it before, but I'm now really thinking of changing Max to a Coatl to match his WC mate.

A few people have told me that I should keep him as a PC, but I usually end up exalting his little pearlcatcher hatchlings. With him as a coatl, I could actually make more of a profit off of his little ones. Should I change him? Or keep him as is?
