Put it this way, the way this is breaking down in my head is into categories.
Oneshots, Multi-chapter, Word limit, unlimited.
Multi-chapter would be limited, Oneshots not.

But, I've got to go, now, because my brother is trick-or-treating.

On the other hand, though, "oneshot" is so vague.
Looking at the oneshots I've liked on ff.net, the shortest is 91 words and the longest is 13,390 (and granted, that one has an AN, but it's not that long) (honestly is there anything more i could want than 13000 words of fem!kisame x fem!itachi ? no) (except maybe 13000 words of fem!shisui x fem!itachi)

Why don't we ask Kibachu? He is the leader of this club so I feel like he should decide (or announce that he doesn't care, y'know?)

I define "Oneshot" as being typically no more than three word pages.

And I don't know if we're going to hear from him. Lady said he's having trouble getting online.

I agree with Noni Gailin Ayrenin~ , One-shoe should probably be limited from 3 being the least pages and 5 being the most. If a one shot is two pages bigger than yours and it bothers you and your chances of winning then we can simply make it exactly a 3 page limits or 4 or 5.

I am iffy about word limit but it makes sense because some chapters might be one page compared to five page chapters. We could find a decent fan fiction with nicely lengthen chapters and certain number of chapters then find their words count? To decide what that word count should be?

As the for theme you guy decided on Halloween right? I would like that and still do, but not everyone is good with High school and Halloween has now passed. I know I have no authority since I just joined, but these are just some suggestions c:

I feel this is starting to get out of hand. we are all arguing [in the nicest way ofc ] about how it should be judged, how long entries should be, and themes.

And just to clear up something, when I said 'oneshot' i meant i was suggesting that we put it into one piece. as in, you write how every mcuh YOU want jsut keep it in one place as it may actually be easier to read. I feel say stuff like "this should be judged on categories" just makes it more confusing and more complex since really this is a simply thing. >:c

When it come sto themes, why don't we just be fair? Have a halloween theme for those who want to continue the halloween spirit and then come up with a simple theme that can be easily used in the story ideas you have.

And about the judging. I say we go back to that once we fully know what should be judged first. Since I'm still pretty unsure if this has been decided for the "poll vote" or "judge vote" 100%.

All we seem to have deicded on is that I'm holding the thread for the entries, noni's the prize hodler and that this is a Naruto strictly related contest! XD So lets all relax neh? Relax take a breather! They way this is going, we may jsut all have to vote for what we want in "length size" and "category" in order to decide on a final decision...
