and I saw those, but I thought mine was different becuase you don't choose the kind of character you play, they're dealt out randomly (which means you might not get stuck with a heterosexual character?) But if you really don't like the kind of character you're stuck with then I guess we can always change them.

And now we need to come up with the characters ._. so far I have super, prissy girl, gay guy and a total drug addict.

ooh i so want to be a part of this.
as for what my character would be, though, i'm not sure...

i would love to have a disfigured super ugly girl who used to be pretty and then something happened or somat
yeap

I think you guys have the wrong idea about the rp. You don't CHOOSE what kind of character you have, I deal them out randomly so that you're stuck with a random character with a random problem. Get it?

So so far we have:

--Prissy girl
--Gay guy
--Drug addict
--Talentless
--Deaf/Blind
--Terrible artist/musician
--Eating disorder
--Sapiosexual: attracted to personality and intelligence, be it a man or a woman.
--Physically disabled
--Facial blindness
--Terrified of everything: billion phobias
--Disfigured girl
--Obsession with celebrity

So I have a question for you all... I actually kinda dislike roleplays that don't have a definite ending, unless they are super-relaxed and just for fun. The more concise and ending-oriented the roleplay is, the more I put into it... if I don't know where I'm going, it's actually really hard for me to write well. I love love love roleplays that only last for a couple of days, in game time, but so few people seem to really be into those?

So do you all tend to have an ending in mind in your roleplays? How far off are they? Do you keep them in mind when you're playing? Are your roleplays open ended?

Just curious.
INSANELY BUSY!
I am moving! For the next month or so, I am going to be so very busy.
If I'm on here, it's because I'm unwinding with writing or pets or whatever.
Please do not add to my stress, if you can. Your support is appreciated.

i like to kill my character off at the end of a roleplay, but it rarely continues long enough for me to get to that point
i swear, one day, I WILL MANAGE IT
(it helps that i only really rp bbc sherlock (and mostly jim and sherlock) and we all know what happens there, so |D)

@arty - idk, most of my roleplays are open-ended just so your imagination can direct the roleplay anywhere.
but i do like ones with a definitive end.
and then if we have ideas that mean we can continue further then we can.
i've never had a roleplay that actually reached the end of it's story line. one of mine got close but my partners too busy to reply now so we never did get there.
but like cons. detec. here i'd love to kill off a character of mine.
      i will do it one day. c;

@arty, I'm half and Half there. i like them if that person will then do another rp with me after that, since once I find a partner I like I like to keep them around, but then again, if I find the pairing super cute, then I don't ever wanna stop rping them

I have a question also-
Do you find role playing with older people intimidating? Some of my partners are in their thirties, most are 18+ and then I'm like... Whelp, a noticeable amount younger, and a lot of the time, no matter how nice they are, and even though I know they just enjoy my writing, they intimidate the crap out of me
