dear santa,
hello! i hope you're having a good day! small warning, i'm an unorganized mess when it comes to sorting hoards. anyway, let's get started

i try my best to keep this thread accurate. i will be trying much harder to keep it updated due to holibombs/secret santas/etc! i also have these two groups, x and x
they first group is pets i most likely will hoard (usually with a limited of 20 for single pets and 100 for litters
the second group is pet's i am definitely hoarding. my goal is 20 of each PPS dog to later be put into this group.
if those are too messy, my hoard groups start here and go down.

i have three infinite hoard, two of them being a date hoards;
unlimited litter hoard
september 14th hoard
december 18th hoard (re-releases are not required)

i hope all is well at the north pole and you're treating your reindeers right! i'm always starting new hoards so i have a holding group to make it easy to check up on anything i have taken a shine to ; the pets i have as limited hoards will be in this group but, i'm bound to add waaaaay more through the advent event so feel free to check back frequently to see what i've added! each hoard in here goes up to a total of 20 pets each so they fit on one page in my giant group - the group is here! :*



as for my unlimited hoards, i don't have a huge amount but i do have some!

There are a total of four different categories of pets that I hoard! So I will be talking to you about all of them!

Calico Conundrum
To start out, I'll talk about one of my top hoard groups, my calicos. See, I have a fierce little calico kitty of my own aptly named Regina, and she is the light of my life. I've decided to collect any and all calico colored pets in honor of her. Most of them are on my WL, but I'll highlight a few of my favorites.

Yes, I know, this is a hoard I share with many people. But it's a good thing! In order to celebrate pride for who I am, I collect any rainbow colored pet. Most of them are on my WL, but again I'll go ahead and highlight some favorites!

The City Never Sleeps
Have you ever had a dream that you would spend the rest of your life trying to achieve? Well, this one represents mine. I dream of one day stepping foot in the wondrous NYC permanently. I don't come from a small town, I actually grew up in a major city, (though ironically right now I live in a smaller town) but every time I go to NYC, I get the overwhelming feeling that yes, this is where I belong. So, this hoard serves to remind me of that dream. Its any pet that reminds me of the city, and yes, they're all on my WL. I'll highlight some favorites for you.

Hi! How's your holiday season going? It's great to see that you're going to be my Santa! I'm sure you'll do great.

I have 3 hoards at the moment! They are all very small, so sorry for any inconvenience! And of course, you don't need to help all of them!

•Bunny Burrow, an unlimited hoard of OMG so common bunnies up through uncommon bunnies.

•Ribbons of Emotion, an unlimited hoard of the 2016 Christmas ribbon sitting cats and ribbon PPS cats

•Santa's Helpers, a hoard for the Christmas reindeer hamsters. Goal is 50, and as of posting this I only have 11.

Now that we're halfway through the event: How is everybody getting along?

It took me a few days to develop a strategy, but things are progressing nicely now. Many of my partner's hoard pets are on the more expensive side, and I was worrying a little at the beginning, but I'm diligently collecting offsite currency on FR now and spending it on pets for my partner.

Has anybody added any newly released Advent pets to their list of hoards?

I couldn't resist the temptation and have added three more hoards (of the Deer GUPPS, the Bright Dreamcatcher 2nd Gen GUPPS and the Jayfrost PPS dogs). They appear to be easy to trade for. Dear Secret Santa, I won't be collecting any pets for these hoards myself, so you can go wild with them.
