Hey guys, I haven't posted much here due to being a nonowner but I have a question. XD

I won a metacrystal in the raffle but how would I go about using it to summon a novibat if I wanted too? I am not positive I want to do this but if I did, I'd love to know how to go about it.

Everyone is welcome here, even if (and perhaps especially if) they don't own a Novibat!
The fanclub is where all important notifications and links will be posted first, aside from the Oekaki Thread's first post. (That's sort of our other homebase, if you will.)

In order to summon a Novibat, you just have to let me know (either via PM or through here) that you want to use it.
Then I'll send you the form + a note to fill out! Keep in mind that it will take gradually more and more MetaCrystals to summon Novibats, so it's 1 the first time, 3 the second time... so on and so forth.
After getting your first custom, if you choose to do so, I recommend aging a Novibat. While this process will take a bit longer, the effects can be very worthwhile, since only adult Novibats can breed!

Ohh alright, thanks for the answer. So I understand that if I summon a bat this time, I'll have to use three crystals next time.

If I summon though, how many crystals would I need to later age up that same bat? Just 1 because I've never aged a bat before or three because I used a crystal before?

Sorry if I sound kind of dense, it sometimes takes me a while to understand things. XD

It's 1-3-6-10-15-21 and so forth, adding 1 more crystal to what was added before each summoning/aging.
For example, say I wanted 2 customs, one as an adolescent and one as an adult.
I would want 5 crystals because I would need 1 and 3 for customs and 1 to age.
If I wanted 2 adult customs, I would need 1 and 3 for the customs and 1 and 3 for the agings, for a total of 8.

Aging a Novibat sorts them into a random biome and lineart. There are items to either help choose a lineart within the random biome (Jeweler's Gem Eye Loupe) and choose a lineart out of all possible linearts (StarJewel Faceting Kit).

Hi everyone, I haven't posed here much but I am really getting into ths species. I got my first two bats recently as well. Anyhow, my boys are looking for some friends I guess since neither one has very many at the moment XD


Below are my bats Kai and Unnamed, both are males and neither one is looking for romance at the moment. I do have brief personalities for both if anyone is interested.
