pfft if my parent knew half the stuff that went on in this show, i'd be banned for life. I couldn't watch songebob as a kid because it was too 'inappropriate' and power rangers was too 'violent'.
If my parents even caught a glimpse of this:

~Silverrain~ - nah, I don't ship. I don't mind it, but I honestly ship ever gay paring that their is to ship and I've never really shipped a straight pairing in a anime. I think of Nami and Luffy's relationship as more of a brother-sister because most of the time she's hitting him and I honestly can't see her just starting to kiss him xD My ship are weirder though ;; ouo I've got so many right now because of the recent feels.

Can anyone explain to me what an "arc" is? (Noob alert)

An arc is like a storyline within the manga/anime. So in One Piece, we talk about the Arlong Park Arc or the Marineford Arc, things like that. There's a full list here ^^

an arc is exactly like a season, basically. One Piece, if I remember correctly, has 16-17 arcs, not counting the small ones. An arc would be like the 'Punk Hazard' arc or the 'East Blue' arc.
