Bullying is wrong, many people should speak up if they are being bullied, or if their friends are. Others who witness the bullying may become accepting of that behaviors. If others think that it is okay, it will start to increase, and others will start bullying other people because they think it is "Okay" and it really is not. I hate seeing kids being bullied, and seeing them just take it. They need to talk to people about it, tell an adult or guardian or even just stand up to the bully.
